Our dancers Chen Zhiyao and Jackson Dwyer will lead you in this engaging class taught by Ballet Master Luis R. Torres. Following the barre section, you’ll do some energising exercises that will really help you find and strengthen your core. Get ready to challenge yourself and do a bit more!

I have learnt 20 kinds of ballroom dance and country dance since 2016. I am very glad to find this excellent ballet class today. I started learning ballet last December. Although I am the oldest (64 years old) begginer and ballet is the mos difficult dance, but I fall in love with it. I remodelled my master bedroom as dance studio so that I could learn it every day at home after pandenmic lockdown. Thanks a lot for the outstanding ballet class.

exploring your potential, and it is vast! I love all of the Hong Kong ballet classes, great teachers, the dual view is not distracting, and helpful, and Nicholas Lau is one of the best ballet class pianists on the scene.. Very satisfying and inspiring to hear another person follows their bliss. Peace!

I really enjoyed this class, the teacher is very friendly, strict, and instructs very well; the dancers are very talented and I can easily follow their lead; the pianist Lau is great (also in other videos as well). I overall enjoyed this class, just need more practice with my Frappe's and Delege's 😊
I enjoy all of your ballet classes but this was my favorite. Excellent exercises and the class was well paced. Luis R. Torres also has a great personality and gave wonderful corrections. Love from Portugal.

Thank you for creating and uploading this class. Master Torres was fun and dynamic, while the demonstrators were clear in showing the exercises. The lighting is also very good, and the audio quality for the teacher came through clearly. I love that you included some space-conscious center combinations as well. I really enjoyed this.
