I'd say lighting, it's something everyone has, and it's something that can make or break an aquascape (depending on what you're going for).
Water quality. Good to remind people that 'normal' is a range, not a precise number. New & old aquarists benefit from keeping a journal/records. Fish, plants & biofitration benefit from this as well.

Hey Logan, is there a gay community in the aquascaping hobby?
I just recently got into the hobby of fishkeeping. But now that I've had my 10g tank for several weeks (all fake plants) I know for sure I want to build my first aquascape. There are so many videos, but I've gravitated to yours because you keep everything easily digestible.

I really want to learn more about the plants and co2. I haven't watched the whole series as of yet but I will be soon! I am in the middle of my very first 2 aquascapes and so far people who have seen it like it. But I am hesitant on many plants at this time until I learn more about the kinds and co2. so thank you for your videos and guides. They have helped a lot! ♥

I’m about to change from a 20 long to a 29? or however large I can get with a similar footprint to the 20 long.
Need to know more about aqua soil.
Depth, ferts, longevity, etc.
I have mostly crypts and a few stem plants and anubias (on wood).
I like UNS products except I wish they made a canister with a built in heater given that heaters are an eyesore and inline heaters are somewhat hard to find. Until they do I'm always going with oase.
I want a 180 tank. What do you recommend for a filtering system for a large rimless without a sump?
You may need to run at least two large canisters. Check out the UNS Delta 120 filter!
This is very helpful! I would like to learn more about where to purchase co2 tanks for a good price and how to get them refilled with a trusted source
I found that breweries can fill large CO2 tanks and smaller ones can be filled by paintball stores. However I had to call multiple paintball stores before I found one that would offer to fill CO2.
I would like to know more about substrate and plant category
CO2 system from start to finish. For a 20-40 gallon setup.
