When using renew, are you only using max rank in gnome? Like at 13:30 on the warlock?
Yes, I use max rank and I do not downrank any skill :)
What do you suggest if you have to keep cancelling heals as a priest because shaman heals tend to be faster cast and if I don’t cancel it makes me overheal too much
I would assume you are talking about greater heal and flash heal. I would still finish the cast and overheal if I know I won't have mana issues, but if I am to struggle for mana I would cancel. Casting those two is around 10-15% of my total healing, my mean healing is coming from prayer of mending, penance / circle of healing and renew. Also note that this clip is from the first days of phase 2, and we were undergeared. Healing now is much easier, if you have the gear.

Circle of Healing was swapped with Penance on some fights.
Dispersion could be swapped for Pain Suppression as well.
I see a lot of current top parses swapping to Circle of Healing. Is that just a Parsing trick or is it legit better? Do you swap between penance and CoH? I’ve cleared gnomer once and I’m still testing on each boss.

I swap between CoC and Penance all the time to test it out myself. It is still too early for me have a definitive answer on which is better for each fight.
@@pb34r46 Just stick with Penance. Its honestly a safer option.
