You used memory foam from a bed topper. That doesn't work. Sound deadening foam is very dense and designed specifically to capture sound waves

Thank you for showing your work! You could give some more information. Did you just sound proof a single tire or all of them? 2dB is not impressive. What does your gut feeling say? Does it feel better with sound proofing? What about vibrations?

What type of foam was that? Does that change the amount of air that goes into each tire?

That must be Polyurethane foam.

The speed before was 60 and after 55 so your test is busted
