- My newly acquired Yamaha Banshee's engine suffered from a common issue. When the chain breaks on a Banshee motor, it can heavily damage the engine case, which was the case here. Most people would have said this motor was so good, but some time, effort, and welding brought this motor back to perfect shape!
Special thanks to my buddy Dan for helping me weld this case and make her good as new!

Cool video, to everyone , stop running extremely lose stretched out chains, and this will not happen , keep a good quality high tinsel strength chain on your machines

every thing broke cause of the chain... actually a wonder it didnt leak oil.
this is cool to see in video the welding, never seen a video of someone welding this much a banshee case
@@reggiexp69 yeah dude it was wild. Like I said in the video, when I bought the quad I was so amped to find one that was beat up so I didn’t feel bad about tearing it apart. But I didn’t take the proper amount of time and effort into really checking it out. The damage was way worth then it seemed while doing a quick inspection but she’s good as new now! That motor is mint and ready to rock.
@@Ray209 for real... it looked rough but this much.. just by curiousity did you check compression? cause at this point its a full build/restoration with all the fixing might as well build the engine lol.
i have been not scammed but lets say forgot the check every thing. on one car, and a couple of quads. not bad but like things u didnt expect quads it always happends if you dont check every part.
