      Sir please make a video for bedridden sciatica patients to get rid of pain & numbness .any mudra which they can practice comfortably on bed for pain relief d also to get rid of belly d hip fat because whole day when you are lying in bed you gain weight.Sir pl giv a thought to sick people's needs.Thanks .

    thanks sir for your helpful tips. I like the idea of mindful eating & stress induced weight gain.Both things are applied to me.As I am 54 year old gynecologist my life style is stressful and sedentary. I use to eat lots when I am under stress.But I have never thought in this way. I think I have understood the cause now it will be easy for me to loose weight.till date I was thinking I am doing heavy work out going to Jim still not loosing weight. I will try this stress management and I will let you know after 3 months how I am doing. I feel so happy that found your channel and I have subscribed it
