Have never used contraceptive in my life. But I received my periods mwanzo mwanzo when I was class 6 and 7. After that I had a lot of difficulties kupata periods. Niliogopa kuambia parents coz they judge me wakidhani I’m pregnant yet have never had sex. I was divorced in my first marriage because I could not give birth. But later I was married again. 8 years without a baby. But alhamduliallah I decided to visit one of the herbal clinic and guess what. I’m a mother of 3year baby girl. ….never give up.

I was one of those who used DEPO shot after I had my daughter at 21 and used it for 5 years and after, stopping I was hoping it will come in 3-6 months as I was told by the doctor which turned to 1 year without periods. I had to visit a hospital over here who gave me another type of contraceptive pills that worked to revive my periods however, when time came to have a baby it never happened even though I kept receiving MPs , I seriously tried for 5yrs nothing. After my relationship ended by my partners secretly deciding to marry behind my back.😥😥😭 . Fast forward the following year now 7 yrs ago God blessed us with a fruit of the womb naturally. There is God in heaven who answers every tears and pain and he will answer yours too. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Passionate on this topic,I did my research on this.
I always give all the information to my patients but above all still explain the side effects, not once have I readvised several of my patients from depo but the good thing it has been withdrawn unless there are still facilities that administer.
Sending my love hugs to you, it's okay to be vulnerable sometimes it's the only way we get help.hang in there, don't blame yourself you only did what you knew was best at that time and just like the old saying goes wisdom doesn't come fast.

Dear young girls, You dont need contraceptives if you are unmarried. What are you family planning for if you dont have a family? Abstain from sex and if you really really can't then go natural. After getting married have kids first, 1,2 or 3 of them then you can get a serious contraceptive. Again, usiingie hosi useme unataka kuwekwa ile, pimwa kwanza and the one that goes well with your body daktari atakuambia. Also, chagua kitu inaeza tolewa kwa mwili if you dont like it anymore. Natural family planning works well for people doing long distance relationships sana sana(personally l dont like it😂)coz sitashinda nikicount days kila siku or asking my husband to withdraw na hataki. Am a nurse and I always discourage ladies without children and those who have and want to have others later from using depo coz during my years of training we encountered alot of women who couldn't conceive as a side effect of it and also now in my practice it's so devastating.I remember one girl some years back she came to our clinic and I got concerned because she was coming for the injection after looking at the card it's something she has been using for a long time when I asked her if she knew the future repercussions of the injection she had no Idea since it was the mother who introduced her and she was only 15yrs.I think the topic on FP should be taught in public coz we cannot reach everyone using since in some pharmacy they just offer the injection without counseling.May the God of Hannah remember you.I have my friend going through the same and she used depo when we were in college and I had discouraged her today she tells me she regrets not listening to me but I also pray for her

Nausea every morning and I was always moody and lost so much weight. On the 7th year what I felt I'll never forget in my entire life. I never pushed her further because as a guy I didn't even know how contraceptives worked; still don't. Seeing this now reminds me she was right, I wonder how many girls experimenting with sex for the first time in college don't know about contraceptive side effects or rather know about them but use them anyway to quell the 'birth control' noise from their sexual partners.

That's where education comes in. Contraceptives come in many forms. Hormones are what messes up everything but there many options. The caveat especially for young college and high school girls is that they also need to know that contraceptives does not protect against STIs but for the sake of learning the complications and ways of using contraceptives, it's important to educate both women and men so they both can have understanding of what they are getting themselves into. The importance of educating the men, is so that, they can prevent unplanned pregnancies, be supportive of their partners, and just to be knowledgeable and to educate their future children so they don't run into problems most of us did. Her story is so like about not being taught/taught properly. I learned things the hard way for a long time until I was born again through relationship with Jesus I could hold on. Prior to, I took depo. shot. I had cramps bad. I found out other women had used it and had trouble or couldn't get pregnant after getting off it. Cycles weren't the same and cramping, too. When I finally got pregnant I hemorrhaged with my both my kids almost died after having my son. Almost miscarried my son twice and my daughter's heartbeat went low after contractions so I had to be induced. We need to honor sex as God's creation for enjoyment in marriage. So much damage to our spirit, soul, and body when we have sex outside marriage. We're too precious to God and should realize our worth not to go out. Jesus loves you. I pray God bless you for helping us through this interview.

After some yrs like 5yrs in search of second, i decided to go and see the geno whereby i went every month to see her until i give up.i stopped and just stayed like now i have given up.After the 11 yrs of waiting i got my second born at the age of 38yrs third born at 40yrs and fourth born at the age of42yrs.

I think its just bad luck. I live in America and contraceptive use is very common. But you don't see it leading to infertility.

Dear W, know that God loves you and saw you and your hubby. Just be faithful for one another and know that He watch over His word to work in your life. Don't blame yourself instead forgive yourself for accusing yourself. I thank the Lord for your hubby. I pray for patience in him. God is faithful. Blessing.
