Even after reading all that, remember this saying: You can't choose your family. A lot of families and siblings DO NOT get along, and the parents do not help matters. If the father and mom got involved to bring these two sisters together it would be a lot easier but clearly they have dysfunction down to the very foundation of their family unit. I blame the parents more in situations of fighting between siblings because it always starts with discipline in the home and that is run by the parents, who teach the kids, who in turn teach their kids when they become adults and have their own families. $510 is a lot of money. Yes it can be replaced but it is also the symbol of a violation of trust and blatant disrespect. Its clear the defendant is disgusted by the older sister's lifestyle and the plaintiff feels angered at how her sister is judging her and "not having her back". (They are both broken hearted by the other)It's also clear that she made a lot of connections and life choices that were detrimental to her life, thus she has a rep for literally being a prostitute and fast as hell, to the point the baby father creates a moniker for that lifestyle of hers and may even be her pimp, which is why he would be so ok that the woman of his child could be out doing that, allegedly but then is qlso sick of her shit to a certain degree, which is why he kicked her out to as attested by the younger sister to which she had to live with the mother again. It's a very deep rooted situation that can't always be healed in a lifetime. You can't get along with everyone in your family, especially if they are bad apples. It was cold for the sister to say the phone was stolen but if there was no other way to get her to pay for the phone and for her upcoming bill, then it is hard for me to blame the younger sister for going to those lengths to sever ties cause this blowup between them was inevitable.
The first sister acted ridiculously, even taunting the younger one at the end: "THE PLAINTIFF WON! I'LL ALWAYS BE BETTER THAN YOU AT EVERYTHING!" - it was something like that 🙄smh Christmas Is going to be awkward for them.
