It won't happen. It can't happen, not without significant changes. Stop and look at the majority of cops between 1960 and 2020. Most of our own cops aren't racist, as many from 1960 were. The problem is the remainder, that last .1% that we simply can't screen out. No matter how hard anyone tries, racist and/or violent cops will slip through the system. A utopia doesn't exists; can't exist, no matter how hard we strive for one.

You can't simply keep every racist out of the force. But we try. We remain vigilant, for the sake of the freedom of all Americans. For the sake of society, we strive to create equality. We aren't perfect, nor can we be, but we strive for it. The rioting now is regardless no way to obtain any sort of equality.
