    As a retired armament technician and instructor, I appreciate the slow motion as is clearly shows mechanical functions and reactions that real time cannot.

    • @idontno0
      @idontno0 2 роки тому +2

      What mechanical functions can you see? The only thing u can see is the bolt by the ejection port going back and forth. It clearly shows nothing, and I doubt u appreciate anything about that lol 😂

    People give bullpups a lot of shit for having bad triggers. The X-95 is a step in the right direction.

    • @dwmaddawgs
      @dwmaddawgs 4 роки тому

      I know, and triggers are relatively easy to design too. Something as simple as a tensioned cable should make a terrific trigger.

    • @mattarnold5599
      @mattarnold5599 2 роки тому

      The trigger on the X95...isn't terrible. That being said, I have a Geissele trigger inbound, and when their sear pack finally comes off of backorder, I'll install one of those too. But, out of the box it isn't terrible.

    • @crashdsnowman1
      @crashdsnowman1 Рік тому

      That's the funny part. I don't know anyone that runs a factory AR trigger and they see that as okay but then bitch when they think about having to change the trigger on a BP.

    Not sure why some commenters are bashing the slow motion. I think this channel displays some of the best slow motion video. As well as, I like to see how the mechanics of firearms work. Something you won't be able to see under normal speeds. I for one appreciate Larry bring so cool firearms to the channel and takes the time to provide information. I own an X95 and love it. People bitch about its accuracy. However, the X95 was not created to be an MOA rifle. The barrel is "Combat Accurate" which will get the job done at to 500 meters. If you want precision accuracy, get a solid bolt gun. The Tavor's are combat rifles.

    Thank you very much for demonstrating the mag change. Explaining why the magazines are in opposing directions makes a lot of sense. Also, the slow-motion helps to show people barrel whip amongst other things. The slow motion is a very good educational tool for certain people. Keep up the great work Larry. TAR-21s are some of the nicest rifles we Canadians can pick up on the market. It's a great rifle and I find it pretty comfortable to shoot, and I usually run it out to 200-300 meters. It's got pretty good practical accuracy, so it should work for most people unless you're going for precison competitions.

    • @Len_M.

      Czars Epidemic Some of the nicest we can pick up? The only Rifles/SMG’s I can’t buy that I really want are the SCAR 17s, MP5, MP7, UMP, Steyr AUG, UZI, and the AK. I’m not exactly lacking in the ability to reach out and touch though with the H&K MR308A3-28, DD MK18, B&T TP9, and Thor’s Hammer, AKA Sako TRG42 in .338LM. There are places in the States that hurt more then we do. You can’t even get Firearms shipped direct to your Door there, which is silly.

    I picked up an X95 recently. For it's intended role, I think it's a brilliant concept and I greatly enjoyed shooting it with an EOtech, DMPS linear comp, and a forward vertical grip. I shot it offhand at close range so I don't know about the bench accuracy. I can say that it's super fast handling and will blow up the center of mass of a silhouette target at combat ranges in practical accuracy. So no, it will not be as accurate as an AR with a free floated barrel and no gas piston but the X95 is still good and really fun. For a long stroke I thought it was super smooth shooting too.

      So you are saying that in India, they can make but decide to buy from somewhere else because that makes more sense. Thats not true tho. They have been trying for ages but just can't do it.
      Insas was a failure, so was Excalibur & the new TAR(trichy assault Rifle) which is a clone of Bulgarian AK, is going to get rejected as well.

    • @cyberpunkdenton9497
      @cyberpunkdenton9497 3 роки тому

      @Donnie Darko Don't really know why you are assuming that I'm from Pakistan.
      The BrahMos Missile is in collaboration with the Russians. I highly doubt Indians, as of now, can come up with such sophisticated tech on their own. Also, the aircraft carrier in service is bought from the soviets.
      Anyways, my point was, you lot definitely have the capability, resources and will to make but for some reason just can't.
      Now I don't understand why would you flip out on me for mentioning that. I favour Indians alot of times but from now on I'm going to stop. Takecare.

    • @cyberpunkdenton9497
      @cyberpunkdenton9497 3 роки тому

      @Donnie Darko "CEO is Indian and India has the license to sell, not Russia"
      What are you rambling about? I said its i collaboration, which it is and would not be possible without Russian help.
      "Aircraft Carrier is under-construction lol get your facts straight."
      Again, I specifically used the term "in service". You really can't process text, can you.
      Now, there's a difference between fact and assumption, look it up.
      Lastly, I'm done with you. Bubbye.

    Love the videos and the weapons that are showcased, but the sound effects in slow-mo, man...I think we'd like to hear the original unedited sounds.

    I’m pretty sure I overpaid for mine but to me it’s definitely one of my favorite firearms along with my vector .45! I don’t understand why people say it’s got a gas problem, I don’t feel it myself. I shoot with it somewhat often, as long as I can actually find ammo nowadays

    Having a low to barrel built in optic seems best to me, because those high perched scopes have a terrible parallax making them sight in at only 1 distance.

    this is my favorite weapon system. I want one with an 18" barrel chambered in 6.5 Grendel. if the Israelis make them for the new 6.8 fury they will have no problem out shooting the 13" barreled sig spear. the triggers may always be a little long; but that is acceptable when you have perfect weight distribution and standard barrel length in a small package.

    I feel like the reason that most people hate on bullpup rifles is because they don't want to train on a different system. If you train on your rifle, you'll figure out how to run it quickly, and work around the cons of the rifle.

    It’s quite interesting that the Former rebel leader and politician Jean Pierre Bemba in the DRC had a presidential guard unit that was equipped with the Tavor. The Tavors were given over to the South African embassy in 2007 when Bemba fled Kinshasa after the political dispute and gun battles between his guards and government forces. I wonder how he acquired them and why he still had his presidential guard unit even after the end of the Congo war in 2003. Maybe something to do with IDI Congo and Israeli PMCs etc.

    I'm really surprised they didn't use Glock mags for the 9mm since most agencies use Glock these days and likely have an abundance of them laying around.
