This was not a Floyd on Fish episode, it was a single episode documentory called "The Catch" - narrated by Keith Floyd. Dates from about 1987.

@@brizlee I thought it was filmed in 1987 - but it was many moons ago and after some digging, I found it on IMDB. It actually aired 16 May 1988 so would have been filmed Easter '88.
