Those are some nice finds. I love that 'So many people' 12". I remember picking that up on red vinyl back in high school. Still listen to it today. Great song!
I love Cactus. It's right in my backyard. I'm usually in there at least every other weekend, even if it's just to browse. It's so easy to kill an entire afternoon in that place.

Love that Paul Hardcastle record, I have the UK version which has different artwork. And great italo disco picks as always. And that Ministry single is great too - their mid-80s industrial-dance records are just outstanding. I have the Twitch LP, and the Land of Rape and Honey LP too - I'm not much of a metal fan but the way they combined heavy guitars with electronic dance music is just incredible, I can't imagine how it sounded back in the 80s
Hello Jack! Paul Hardcastle's music has always inspired me ever since I heard "19" for the very 1st time. Also, I have the other LP which was also released in '85 (self-titled), but I prefer the "Rainforest" LP overall. Yes, my Italo-disco collection is growing and I'm still learning (still so much out there, and I'm sticking to the rhythm that I like best). Of course Ministry - so talented and "Twitch" LP is still missing from my collection. I better grab it before the price hikes up. All good stuff, my man. Paul Hardcastle - good find, indeed. This episode makes me want to seek out record stores here in New York. However, all my income set aside for records is going in my gas tank. Depressing!!
Oh yeah, my 80's retro friend. The "hunt" and plotting out the record store locations with rising gas prices doesn't make it any easier. I would LOVE to dig in the New York record stores; I bet they have the rarest Old School Electro collectible gems still in the bins. Record store shopping is so much FUN!!
