      I think cops are a joke, but do i go around filming police stations to troll them and get a response? That is a fucking childish thing to do, your rights? At the end of a day if a corrupt cop wants to tackle you to the ground and say you were being aggressive he can. I hope he crosses the wrong cop one day and gets shot

  • @hang3xc1
    @hang3xc1 7 років тому +106

    Wouldn't it be something if a cop came over to you and said "Hey guys, I got a call about people taking pictures. I am going to go inside now and educate their security dept, let them know that photography is not a crime. I wish they would inform them of this over the phone so we could avoid coming out on calls like this altogether, but... Anyway, you can stay or go, your choice, but I have no issues with you or what you're doing. Have a good day gentlemen"

      I saw a 2nd Amendment Audit video that was pretty much like that about a year back...don't recall from who, but it's probably still on youtube somewhere (and probably mirrored).
      So there are good cops out there who know what the laws are! Just hard to find sometimes!

    Can you do audits on consulates? Apparently some of these foreigners don't like our rights

    • @interestedparty00
      @interestedparty00 7 років тому +4

      There have been a few audits on consulates. Some of them have had their guards and diplomats put up a fuss, and there have been some curt words exchanges - but nothing major. I highly recommend it. I'd like to see the Kuwaiti consulate/mission in NYC audited.

      I've seen some audits of consulates. They hire private security companies to guard them, and the guards are just as dumb as any other rent-a-cop. And they have no immunity. Just stay on the sidewalk.

    Ive been watching these videos for over a year from all over the country and I would like to say thanks to all the people that have been working hard at these audits. It has made a huge difference everywhere. Police are finally learning (or are being forced into) there place in society.
    They are nothing more than piddly little employees and have no special powers over the people. I think we should push to force police to have to carry brooms with them so they can do some sweeping of the streets when they are just standing around like they do.

    The silent treatment is always my favorite, it aggrivates officers because they cant get a leg up on you if you dont say a word, the main tactic they use is getting you to talk to them and when they cant they get annoyed and either leave you alone or illegally detain/arrest.

    If they would start off by introducing themselves they would get more acceptance. Instead they walk up and start interrogating you. Perhaps they should be taught basic manners at their academy. Instead they come across as boorish thugs. Shunning has been effectively used to deal with offensive people for millennia.
    Nice video. Sometime it would be interesting to see the response to repeating whatever they say, back to them..

    The silent stuff does have in place in the skill set ...but usually it's more fun trying to guess how much time will elapse before they ask for ID....And it's funny how CNN, CBS..and NBC get missed whey THEY are recording on a public sidewalk...

    Cops are there to enforce the law, not to interact with citizens engaged in a lawful activity. Being bored, he parks in a red curb zone and neglects his duties which are not to harass people on the sidewalk. Not just ignorance in place here but hubris when you would not bow, submit, and reply to his questions.

    The silent treatment is effective because it thwarts a cop's efforts to draw you into a Q and A. With the average person, the Q and A is the cop's strong point. The Q and A is how cop's dupe people. Silence completely neutralizes that. However. with people who are knowledgeable of their rights I agree it's more gratifying and entertaining to watch a cop get verbally back slapped and then have to tuck tail and do the walk away.

    All around outstanding video. The silent treatment really did show off these feds being incredibly stupid. But hopefully they learned a lesson, and if all the planets are aligned correctly maybe even support the cause.

    Congrats-ish to FPS. Would have been full congrats except for the way one of your officers stood in a "ready-for-action" way (2:33 with one fist inside the other hand) in front of the guys with a camera - that should not have happened. Arrive - Observe - Assess - Decide. Your group of officers found two or three people with cameras in a public place. Maybe it's unusual but not illegal.
    Arrive - Observe - Assess - Decide.
