Man. Why do I even bother setting appointments with government agencies? Seems like if I just hang out and film it long enough, the person im trying to get ahold of will come out to me.
+etherraichu Brilliant !! Head slapping brilliant. You should produce a video showing everyone the step by step process to speak to a government agency. Again......brilliant
your leaven alot out , hes not taking pics of trees he taking ic of fbi , dea u nder cover type of shit , even t hou ur allowed to it is suspect , an if u think this makes u un free go to another ountry where if u do this youl get ur head chopped off
Did you watch the video? The cops did an awesome job and didn't harass him or give him shit at all. Nothing in this video was illegal by either party. If you worked in a place that has become a target and someone outside is taking video and is looking sketchy for an extended period of time you'd want some investigation too. They cops knew his rights and let him exercise it while exercising their own rights.
+Jason Guarino 3 armed men w guns came up to him probing him for 5 10 minutes when it was obvious he didn't wanna be bothered or answer questions because he was doing nothing wrong

The sign of a true professional is actually staying silent. If an auditor actually completes an audit without saying a word it’s an automatic sub from me because even if you don’t stay silent for every audit, I’ll know that you are actually capable of it. I think a lot of auditors actually physically can’t do it, their ego won’t let them. Too many auditors think they are too funny or smart to remain silent.
The brave FBI agents would rather let the local cops make fools of themselves, since the Bureau knows full well that no law has been broken. They're probable standing inside watching and laughing.
Dude, THAT is one of the BEST audit videos I've EVER seen. We always get the audits where "I don't have to identify myself", "i don't need permission to photograph/video anything I can see from a public space", etc etc etc. It is EQUALLY IMPORTANT to demonstrate that there is EXACTLY NO obligation to respond IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER to contact for lawful activity. EXCELLENT VIDEO SIR! RESPECT!
One of the best silent audits I've seen. The auditor kept the offending Officer silently engaged enough to document the cop's ration of BS. Later, while the cop was still expressing his ignorance, the auditor just turned and walked a way, dismissing the A-hole Clown..
@@Avreem So a young man who changes our national police system is delivering C.S.?? Not hardly. You must be on the wrong side of justice if you can't realize his brilliance
They have enough firepower in that building to invade a small country and their concerned about a lone camera man filming their building which you can get 100 angles from Google Earth. Now we see why it takes them 20 minutes to answer a 911 call.
So this is evidence that this whole first ammendment audit thing is working. Cops ARE getting educated. Imagine this 15 years ago; Cops being polite to a black man (!) video recording them AND giving them the silent treatment. Say what you want, that's progress right there!
Notice they don't ask him for ID. The agent who took his picture ran it through the national facial recognition database... they know who he is. I believe this is illegal in those states where you are not required to provide ID without a reasonable suspicion that you have committed, are committing, or about to commit a crime.
If they don't have reasonable articulable suspicion of a crime, they do not have the right to demand ID, in any state. The only difference is whether you have to ID, after being arrested, or after being detained. They must have facts that a crime is at foot to demand ID, in any state.

A very good audit...I salute you sir. I enjoyed someone just silently asserting their constitutional rights to go about their lawful business in a public place in the face of the curiosity of law enforcement officials. I also have to salute the police for respecting this person's rights. Sure, they were annoying and had no reason to interfere with his business but overall it wasn't a bad performance on their part.

They were doing so well until blondie nearly assaulted you to take your picture. Perhaps he's mad that he's considered the expendable one that gets sent outside the fortress during these situations.
lightfoot2471 I'm not sure but I think he may have been trying to get a picture of his (Battousai's) fingertips (fingerprints). Maybe I've just watched too many of these vids, though. He did get awfully close.
+lightfoot2471 They weren't doing well at all. The first one motioned for him to leave the public sidewalk and approach him. This is a tactic many cops use, luring you off of public property to arrest you for trespassing, or approaching them so they would then be in fear for their lives and shoot you. Then began the condescending questions "Do you need help? Are you deaf? Are you mentally ill? Its hot out here isn't it?", then the accusations of terrorism started flying.
He did the only thing he could do...and that picture will be inside his head for days. WE ALL SLEEP WELL TONIGHT and THAT BLONDE WITH THE TRASH TALKING GIRLFREIND is stuck with only a blurry picture of someone who got under his skin without bothering to say a word.
wats funny is how all these "officials" get all pissed off about filming, yet u can go to Google Earth and find damn near every building in the world on there, not to mention the address.. the history.. and probably some, if not all the employees that work in these buildings.. all in the comfort of ur own home... so stupid these reactions are.
Actually, I'm unimpressed with the architecture of the facility. I understand it's all about the cost, but I sure do miss the old Federalist style. Now those were some impressive looking buildings.
Steve Shroder if it was so professional then why didn't he just walk away realizing that he's doing a constitutionally-protected lawful act instead of asking him question after question after question I do not consider this a pass when she realized that this man was not a threat he should have said have a nice day good-bye
Excellent audit, it takes discipline not to respond to the seemingly “innocuous” questions but you did it exactly right, no arguing civil rights or legality and no bs from them.
i love the silent treatment...it takes every bit of control they think they have away from them... and they have to resort to taking your picture as getting in the last word or something...
These cops handled everything flawlessly. We need more public servants like this. Cops need to stop wasting their time on people who are doing nothing wrong and focus their attention on REAL threats to society. This is a passing audit! Great job San Antonio! Keep up with the audits for a better quality of life for everybody!
lol white shirt guy walks onto to the scene like he's a bad ass gonna make him talk. Gets shut down faster than any of them, awesome. Bunnyboots does silent treatment really well too. Its awesome when you walk away or ignore them, they don't know what to do. Great work as always.
The Bunny Boots treatment. They're confounded. Don't know how to act. At least they didn't use the 'invade your personal space' escalation tactic so many of them are fond of. Good job. Stay safe.
I sometimes wonder if they realize that the respect for their authority is gone. Time after time they have abused the authority given to them and now they wonder why people don't trust them any more. It is like dying and going to the pearly gates of heaven and discovering St. Peter smoking a crack pipe. Now many people scream to the Emporer, that he has on no clothes.
A profoundly powerful assertion of your rights in the most peaceful, and bizarre encounters I have had the great pleasure of viewing. A grin was firmly muscled into my face after the first 2 minutes with an occasional chuckle until the conclusion. Absolutely fantastic.
I counted 27 questions hammered at The Great Battousai, starting at 3:00min. in. 1st officer: Just out videotaping, photographing today? Battousai: Crickets 1st officer: Do you speak, sir? Battousai: Zip 1st officer: Sir, do you understand English? Battousai: Zilch 1st officer: Do you understand English? Battousai: Radiating normal body temperature 1st officer: Any reason why you are not speaking? Battousai: Neutrinos passing clear through body 1st officer: Any reason why you don't talk, or you don't want to talk? Battousai: Crickets 1st officer: Is there any particular reason, sir? Battousai: Gathering photons with camera 1st officer: Do you live around here? Battousai: Inhaling 1st officer: Do you go to school across the street at UTS...? Battousai: Releasing carbon dioxide 1st officer: Are you a student, hello? Battousai: Casting shadow 1st officer: Is there anything in particular you would like me to relay to the local FBI office? Battousai: Crickets 1st officer: Nothin' at all? Battousai: Heartbeat 1st officer: Nothin' at all? Battousai: Crickets 2nd officer: How are you doing sir? Battousai: De-humanizing stare (just kidding, this is hard to keep up) 2nd officer: Anything I can help you with? Battousai: Nada (not actually voiced) 2nd officer: Anything at all? Battousai: Bupkiss 1st officer: Sir, do you speak or do you sign? Battousai: Sign this! (not voiced) 1st officer: Been out here (unintelligible), it's a little warm, isn't it? Battousai: Collapses the wave function on police stupidity Man in T shirt: Question authority? (referring to Battousai's shirt) Battousai: Zip Man in T shirt: You got questions? I'm here to answer them. Battousai: Boof! (not voiced) 1st officer: No questions? Battousai: Crickets 1st officer: How's it going? Battousai: Zip 1st officer: Are you a student? Battousai: Crickets 1st officer: From across the street? Battousai: Crickets 1st officer: Journalist? Battousai: Crickets
The big bad Battousai scaring the little old FBI with your weapon of mass picture taking. This one is almost as cool as going back to sit on that bench a while back.
jeez thats like $250k all watching one dude with a camera on a sidewalk, not counting the feds watching from inside. Sound like a waste of money to you?
All the while they were probably supposed to be doing important shit to keep us safe in our country that allows us the rights we push to the extreme. If they're doing something wrong then film it, by all means. But using up manpower so you can jerk off to your own videos at night is just annoying. I would have punched you in the face so the cops didn't have to.
+Adam Reichl and by the way, the individual filming didn't force those bums to waste their time, and our money, they made that decision themselves. Implying that my legal action can somehow force law enforcement to disregard their duties is logically wrong. Since they know what is and isn't permissible, they knew what he was doing shouldn't be their concern and should have gone about their business.
+Trenton Stone Do you truly and honestly believe the mindless meandering that comes from your mouth? Or are you one of those guys that watches Alex Jones and swallows it whole? Let me tell you something, if someone sat outside your kids school and videotaped them everyday you would not run up and hug him for supporting the constitution. You would be calling these guys and wondering why the hell someone is filming kids or a school. The world has changed. Terrorists want to bomb places here and you filming a highly secure building is going to elicit a response, which is exactly what is wanted by the douchebags that do this stuff. Nobody is saying you aren't allowed, but acting like an idiot and wasting their time accomplished absolutely nothing. Also it was nice of the camera man to put a federal agents license plate on blast. You obviously don't understand what being a real American is. I want to coexist with, not antagonize, the men and women that keep my family safe behind the scenes
54598490583490583490583 I don’t respect the FBI since they tried to commit a Coup against Donald Trump. They failed but they still need to be overhauled
This was a true show of badassness!! I gotta say I felt so bad for the first cop. He kept his oath in spite of badgering you a bit without being forceful and seemed to keep those other units (who seemed to have a more hostile demeanor) off your back. But thinking about this from his point of view, *the fucking feds are on his ass to find out what you are doing there* and he obviously knows you're fine, but he desperately NEEDS some sort of statement he can give them... any statement XD The poor guy kept thrashing around to find anything he could get out of you just to satisfy those feds and take the heat off his back. It's videos like these that make me wish copwatch had like a ranking system for cops they come into contact with so that they could promote guys like him as an oathkeeper.
***** NOOOOO you shouldn't have and I was careful not to suggest that. I just meant more like, if there was a rating system on how stops were handled, this cop could get a positive rating. Even if you merely had like a few cards with shields on them with letters ranging from A+ (protected my constitutional rights in full) to F (used force to trample upon my rights) and a generic explaination of how you felt the stop went. It could show him that you weren't trying to antagonize him and that you appreciate him being an oathkeeper, if you give him a little trinket like that (A/B card) showing that he passed this 1st amendment audit, right before leaving, and you wouldn't even have to speak XD. I think he would have laughed and actually thought of this as an awesome experience to share with his buddies that way rather than _'a run in with a non-speaking weirdo'._ Maybe you should try it and see what kind of response you get?
Remember SCOTUS says you need to affirmatively assure your right to remain silent. All you need to say is "I affirm my right to remain silent" and your done. Not doing that could lead them, right or wrong, to 5150 you.
It the person is not doing anything illegal, they can save their silly efforts to investigate. put their resources to better use elsewhere. "Suspicion" seems to be a catch-all excuse for hassling people.
“Can I help you bro?” I’m always astounded at how frequently American cops insult law abiding citizens by addressing them as “bro”. I understand that it is lawful for cops to insult the public. But most police agencies require that their officers to treat the public with respect. So, they are violating their department policy.
You should go back there and file a complaint on the mouth in the red suv for conduct unbecoming, document what the internal affairs process is like for a federal agency.
lightfoot2471 lightfoot2471 no one said she worked for the feds, coulda bn a concerned citizen that was afraid. but im sure she does though of he does. doesn't matter though the investigate their own and finding of no wrong doing...
i JUST learned about "silent" audits from your channel. LOVE them better than videos explaining or acting tough or whatever with ppl asking questions... because you don't gotta act like they are over reacting, when they just asking and then added with the smart responses...ya dig lol... it's funny but silent audits get the point across for both viewers and those involved stepping up to someone with a camera

+lightfoot2471 he cloned his phone by getting it that close but what would I know Semper Fi
That's a nice looking building. Sleek architecture. Thanks for filming it, I enjoyed the video. Always love silent treatment videos.
Aaron Hypnotoad I kept thinking the same. That, and what a load of tax dollars it must've cost to build it.
Actually, I'm unimpressed with the architecture of the facility. I understand it's all about the cost, but I sure do miss the old Federalist style. Now those were some impressive looking buildings.
+AZ Outcast Of course it is built like a fort. They are afraid of the public that they threaten and abuse.
Good you liked it you helped pay for it.
Late 70s housing project
I love how you just walked away from those idiots.
I love that you kept walking away.
This cop did a great job. Courteous and very professional.
Steve Shroder if it was so professional then why didn't he just walk away realizing that he's doing a constitutionally-protected lawful act instead of asking him question after question after question I do not consider this a pass when she realized that this man was not a threat he should have said have a nice day good-bye
P Mc , asking questions is not a violation of anyone's rights.
Steve Shroder he was a total bootlicker... If he could have kneeled in front of those FBI agents he would have.
I love how the cop was so concerned for your battery life. He truly cared...lol
Excellent audit, it takes discipline not to respond to the seemingly “innocuous” questions but you did it exactly right, no arguing civil rights or legality and no bs from them.
You've got some balls, man.
!st amendment audits should be boring if the cops are doing their job correctly and upholding the law.
+Doug Davis Exactly this person should record dirty cops that kills blacks
i love the silent treatment...it takes every bit of control they think they have away from them... and they have to resort to taking your picture as getting in the last word or something...
I completely agree. It's not always the best, but it should be the default. And every auditor should do it at least once.
These cops handled everything flawlessly. We need more public servants like this. Cops need to stop wasting their time on people who are doing nothing wrong and focus their attention on REAL threats to society. This is a passing audit! Great job San Antonio! Keep up with the audits for a better quality of life for everybody!
omg , why could we not get TV like this before ? I love this ! "Feel free to walk around" he says to people in public lmao almost busted a gut .
Alright Batts, I've drained my battery and it's 6:49 in the a.m.
You win this round, but I will return.
lol white shirt guy walks onto to the scene like he's a bad ass gonna make him talk. Gets shut down faster than any of them, awesome. Bunnyboots does silent treatment really well too. Its awesome when you walk away or ignore them, they don't know what to do. Great work as always.
i loved how he turns away and walks away xD. it cracked me up "how may we help you?" bye biiiitch xD
Silence is golden........
The Bunny Boots treatment. They're confounded. Don't know how to act. At least they didn't use the 'invade your personal space' escalation tactic so many of them are fond of. Good job. Stay safe.
that fbi agent just took all the data from your phone and remotely installed a spy app... just in case you were wondering why he got so close
EastBayFM use a burnrr phone with nothing but this stuff.
+The Battousai 1:33 "Come here." Mini-Me trying to lure you onto the property...
This is one of my all time favorite videos! Great job Batt!!!
Well. At least this officer seemed like a decent gentleman.
He seemed to be very concerned about your battery
The guy in the blue shirt at the end is the same guy who drove by in the red car.
Didn't catch that. Thanks.
Same one who yelled fuck you out the window...if this gave him even a smidgeon of discomfort it was worth it for that alone
SILENCE are Aways the BEST VIDEOS. Say NOTHING or 2 people talk to each other and IGNORE THEM COMPLETLY
Officers were very professional. Not one of them violated his rights. Excellent job!
other than stalking and blocking the sidewalk...
Your still the man!!!
pig is desperately worried about The Battousai's battery...so thoughtful....
that last guy got right in your face, you should have protected yourself and taken him out.
Respect vs power, we know which one they love.
Battousai: Crickets
1st officer: Do you speak, sir?
Battousai: Zip

Battousai: Zip
1st officer: Are you a student?
Battousai: Crickets
1st officer: From across the street?
Battousai: Crickets
1st officer: Journalist?
Battousai: Crickets
Wow! A cop who actually knows his job! Can't believe he deserves praise.
The big bad Battousai scaring the little old FBI with your weapon of mass picture taking. This one is almost as cool as going back to sit on that bench a while back.
Still to this day this remains my all time favorite audit
How about a Batt-Rear-View-Camera™ so we can see their faces when you walk away.
Outside is the only place I support the silent treatment. Outstanding.
jeez thats like $250k all watching one dude with a camera on a sidewalk, not counting the feds watching from inside.
Sound like a waste of money to you?
my thoughts exactly.....
then you got secret service buying bookers on our dollar...
and the government wonders why we want to audit them....
+Adam Reichl
Then you obviously don't belong here. Your opinion is positively Unamerican, and has no place here. You should leave.
+Adam Reichl
and by the way, the individual filming didn't force those bums to waste their time, and our money, they made that decision themselves.
This country is in serious trouble if these are the people tasked with protecting and defending this country, serious stupidity on display.
The cop is basically begging him to incriminate himself if at all possible.
I wonder how many crimes are happening because these guys don't know what to do?
I dont respect and dont like the fbi . Cheers great video. I would not waste my breath talking to these people.
54598490583490583490583
I don’t respect the FBI since they tried to commit a Coup against Donald Trump. They failed but they still need to be overhauled
awesome job man, finally somebody who does it the right way.
Finally!, some one that keeps their mouth shut. Good for you
This was a true show of badassness!!
I gotta say I felt so bad for the first cop. He kept his oath in spite of badgering you a bit without being forceful and seemed to keep those other units (who seemed to have a more hostile demeanor) off your back. But thinking about this from his point of view, *the fucking feds are on his ass to find out what you are doing there* and he obviously knows you're fine, but he desperately NEEDS some sort of statement he can give them... any statement XD
The poor guy kept thrashing around to find anything he could get out of you just to satisfy those feds and take the heat off his back.
It's videos like these that make me wish copwatch had like a ranking system for cops they come into contact with so that they could promote guys like him as an oathkeeper.
Davy Hammen Yeah this officer was nice about the situation but I didn't want to give the Feds the satisfaction.
Davy Hammen Hey the Phoenix Wright gamer lol.
Davy Hammen If he needed a statement to give the feds he should just make something up.
He is a cop ffs he does it all the time.
I think he would have laughed and actually thought of this as an awesome experience to share with his buddies that way rather than _'a run in with a non-speaking weirdo'._
Maybe you should try it and see what kind of response you get?
halfhumanhalfzombie Hahah yeah youtube world is small. The coincidence of appreciating a game about justice and law when watching videos like this XD
“Can I help you bro?”
I’m always astounded at how frequently American cops insult law abiding citizens by addressing them as “bro”. I understand that it is lawful for cops to insult the public. But most police agencies require that their officers to treat the public with respect. So, they are violating their department policy.
Man I love your mettle. Just subscribed.
I'm working across the street from an FBI office in New Haven , CT. We were asked not to take pictures of thier building. That led me to this video.
You should go back there and file a complaint on the mouth in the red suv for conduct unbecoming, document what the internal affairs process is like for a federal agency.
lightfoot2471
lightfoot2471
no one said she worked for the feds, coulda bn a concerned citizen that was afraid. but im sure she does though of he does. doesn't matter though the investigate their own and finding of no wrong doing...
People tend to forget that everyone "has the right to remain silent." thats not only for when your getting arrested.
LOL @ "Feel free to walk around."
Thanks buddy.
ceversole1 😂😂😃
i JUST learned about "silent" audits from your channel. LOVE them better than videos explaining or acting tough or whatever with ppl asking questions... because you don't gotta act like they are over reacting, when they just asking and then added with the smart responses...ya dig lol... it's funny but silent audits get the point across for both viewers and those involved stepping up to someone with a camera
big ol camera on a light pole at 7:33, why is it OK for them, but not a citizen. smh
Thank you for your service. Good luck and Godspeed.
