Love this bird I had one. Eliot,but my husband called him Redbo. You can look that name up from “All The Pretty Horses”. Loved him. Loved that he got so chitty chatty when we left the room. 😊 Never will forget my bird. He was awesome. Not a pet for everyone. Giz’s language skills are above and beyond any other parrot’s skills, it’s amazing to listen to! He is SO FUNNY, such a natural little comedian! His personality is so fun💓, I’m so glad we get to enjoy him in UA-cam land
Good Night Gizmo (and Dad)! Sure loves to talk alot, he sounds happy too. I knew a grey about 30 years ago, he would call his owner's son to come home out the window, her son would come running home wondering what his mom wanted (bird sounded just like her too), he could go pick up items according to color (he'd go get a yellow, red or a blue cup when asked) and often repeated the sounds he heard on the war movies her boyfriend watched (machine guns, bombs falling, etc.). I'm so glad Gizmo has a good home now. Well cared for, he could be around for another 40 years. I think many times people don't consider the responsibility when they take on a pet. Thank you for taking on the job and for sharing him with all of us! ps. do you every show him video of himself or other birds? Wondering if he recognizes himself on video.
