As someone who is also very private and introverted I made a Discord and I found some regular viewers/subscribers and gave them moderator roles to help with everything. It makes life better for all involved. It was a challenge for me to trust strangers for this help, but it was well worth it. Also, I enjoy your content.
Your cousin sounds like a wise person. I'm currently 61 and retired so time isn't a big deal to me. When I was a lot younger we used to say "be true to yourself". I think the saying now is "you do you". Either way it means the same thing. If you get into doing things that you don't enjoy just to make others happy then it eventually becomes a chore that you'll grow to hate. Its best to keep things the way you want for yourself. If others want something you're not interested in, then they are very welcome to set it up themselves. "You do you" and remain happy and having fun. :)
Good tutorial! Appreciate your insight into how you feel about the channel and growth and community and blah blah blah. Happy to be a small part of your day!
Oh, this is how everyone makes their characters on City of Heroes. We thought we were just lousy artists, but it turns out people use A.I. At first we thought it was real, but then I decided to count the fingers one time and saw that one character had six fingers.😆
I appreciate the information. Thank you! I really like what you came up with. Tits McGee has her place in the world, but she does insist upon herself a bit.
This was an odd pop up on my page and glad I watched. I get the feeling that you're a little out of your depth but still doing great and I think that is amazing!
I left the last comment before I finished the video and now I've finished it. The last couple seconds have ruined my life. My wife left me, my kids left me, my car broke down, and I was fired from my job. I live under an overpass now, in a cardboard box. But you know what? It's my box. Try as you might, you'll never be able to take my box from me, like you took my life. I just hope it doesn't rain. In all seriousness the playful shout-out made my day :D
I would agree that you should just stick with what you enjoy. People pleasing is a dead end. I'm enjoying your vids for what they are. As a very wise friend once told me "be gentle with yourself."
Congrats on your unintended success! Your videos have been edutaining. I'm not good with AI, but is there a feature you can upload a screenshot of your character from CoH into Midjourney? I'm just wondering if it has an easier time getting the look you prefer with an image instead of text.
Yes! So after you type /imagjne prompt, you can add the url of 1 or more images. Then you would type your description after. However it often tries to mimic whatever camera angle you use in the screenshots
Might i Make the smallest of suggestions? Look into Leonardo Ai. You can upload images as a reference. For example, you could take a screenshot of your CoH Character in dynamic poses, upload it as a reference image, and see the output from Leonardo. This might up your game a bit! You can still add your text prompt to guide camera angles, colors, looks...etc, etc. But you would end up with thumbnails and images that are closer to your in-game characters and help guide the exact poses you would want. My UA-cam project uses almost only AI art, because I don't draw. And this technique has helped me a ton.
Uploading images is coming to MidJOurney too, first to paying subscribers I believe. It will be heavily moderated, obviously, but that should hardly be a problem here.
Your cousin's advice is dead on. People will ask the world of you, but only do what you are comfortable with, as subscribers will come and go, and the people who really enjoy your content will follow what you do and not demand anything in return.
@@wednesdaywoeplays I know the movement and perspective in that game are so nice. Any other game I play I keep asking myself "why can't this be more like Division?"

cool techniques. have you experimented with any other servers besides Homecoming? I'm currently on THUNDERSPY which has WAY more built-in customization in character creation allowing for much more intricate character builds. More sliders that go wider ranges, more textures and costume items, multiple detail slots, and entire color wheel and multiple color pallet slots... its insanely cool. And its a no rules server so you can literally create anything without getting in trouble. It feels like Ready Player One with everyone's best cosplays running around, its so cool. I just cant go back to Homecoming now that i know THUNDERSPY exists. Someone as creative as you would thrive there!
@@wednesdaywoeplays I totally understand that. And THUNDERSPY is a very small community right now of devoted CoH nerds. It's a very welcoming and nice community, and it's only just begun. But I don't look at it as a HOMECOMING vs THUNDERSPY thing at all. I'm trying to get to know both communities. THUNDERSPY is simply new, so it's got a tiny community. I look at it as a fun place to experiment, meet new friends and learn new things. The best part is we don't have to pick a server. You can rock with both, if you wanna.

Can you do a photoshop tutorial?

Gonna have to go with my alternative, Boobs McClure, and her sidekick, Jugsy.

Look out Paragon... The Jiggles Gang is here! lol
