- Today I went around and looked for park Updates with only a hour to spare 😅 Also celebrating my second year with the channel!! I hope you all enjoy and have a great day!!

I was at the park this past Sunday and was really surprised with just how much work has been done with the animals over the past year. I really think this is probably the strongest season ever for the animal stuff since Six Flags took over. The new rainforest trail blew me away.
And people still want an excuse to give Discovery Kingdom a bad rap.

Unfortunately there will not be a Nightmare Island this year. I have been a volunteer there for years. Last two years I was a scare actor. This year I will have to hit the haunts. Thank you for updating us. Cool video. Congratulations on two years 🤗

Either way, I hope we run into you again, my son swears he saw you at Six Flags, he didn't tell me because he didn't want to bother you, what a good boy, we were passing you while you were eating your pizza.
But isn't it always the Marine World Experience? Given how iffy it is for rides to open on a summer day - this time they can just advertise and acknowledge that they're running in limited ops mode.
It's great to see Sidewinder is up and running! I'll be there for the first time over Labor Day, so I'm hoping it stays open!
you should do parking-lot updates too because that's where they keep old rides there an sometimes new ones too
@@Eldons_Excursions I was talking about the main parking lot in the back corner. They usually block it off to the public with a fence. And that’s where they usually store old attractions and new attractions that used to be the storage area for Sky winder safari coster before it moved inside the park and it was also the storage for the old frog and dumbo ride and at one point was the storage for the old tickets booths and surprisingly used to be home to Kentucky kingdom, Grease lightning and old Schwarzkopf shuttle loop coster that moved to sdk parking for storage but never build so some interesting stuff can be found in back parking lot every now an then

Where is the squirrel!?!?! Was it the wily one from The Magical Wizarding World of Harry Potter in IOA and he just -- poof -- disappeared?! Or do You just randomly say "squirrel," Braddah Elton? Nobody will miss the SuperLoop.
We are maintaining some six flags "memberships" from the old system although I'm not sure we're really going enough for it to be worth it for much longer. Definitely looking at getting Cedar fair passes again since they're selling the 2024 passes already.

Oogie Boogie Bash...is way too expensive and since it has now been in DCA...not worth it at all anymore...when it was in Disneyland proper...totally worth it since you can go on the real rides and way more of them...
Also...Knotts Scary Farm is ALWAYS better than HHN in all aspects...always...and this year is its 50th anniversary. I would skip out HHN to do Knotts if it was a choice of either or.
Since 2016 HHN has dropped the ball on decor, scarezones and park ambience...Magic Mountain has been doing those a lot better...

I'm all for it! I think it was definitely a smart move, especially if you want to compete against Universal and Disney.
didn't you say that the whole front of the park was open for the Marine World thing?
Huh, that's interesting! Maybe they had more staff that day than they were originally supposed to and just changed their minds about doing the Marine World Experience because of that. @@Eldons_Excursions
Kong should be taken out, not boomerang 🪃, 😅thanks for the joke, Boomerang is still a popular ride and only one left in California. With all the major flat ride removals in the back of the park, the have plenty of room for a Chance Hyperlight coaster, or something like Sea World San Diego’s Manta, would be perfect.
