Wow impressed with this one! Ahh the loney tones ball pit house area brings so many memories back as a kid. I always went in that thing at great adventure
Just started watching your videos but so happy you visited my home park!! Discovery Kingdom is such an underrated park and definitely deserves more love as California Great America will be closing in the next few years!
I rode it when it was Roar and it was a great Coaster, then they had RMC redo it and I think it was one of the first hybrids they did. I haven't ridden it yet. One I also loved was Super Man Escape and it was still brand new when I rode it, no lines at the time and only three riders that included myself.
I feel Joker in the front is miles better in the back. The airtime is much MUCH stronger and the inversions are less sustained but the forces are stronger. the last bunnyhill in the front has some of the strongest airtime I've experienced. The back on the other hand I would probably rank under goldstriker and railblazer, due to the lack of sense of speed and weak airtime for an rmc.
Joker now has new seats that do not staple you to your seat and you get air time and an amazing zero-g drop.

Medusa is my FAVORITE coaster at SFDK.
That is a LONG walk to the entrance. Need trams on the regular there. Boomerang was also closed when I was there
Boomerang is very bumpy and idk how yall saying the walk is long its only like 10 min bro
They do have teams that run through the day. Usually quicker to walk tho

Important to note the 150 ft height variance. Never seen a coaster skyline where most are the same height
Went there for the first time myself recently!
great video man. what was your favorite coster there.
Thank you! I’d have to say that Joker was my favorite!
Did you try to take any of your action cams on the ride? I wonder if they would allow it with straps
The walk isint too bad guys, there is also a bus

Sidewinder was also closed
I went there July 28, 2023. Too bad the Flash is closed for the 2024 season. Boomerang has been closed as well.
cant be a six flags park without a freespin
I honestly feel that the slcs get too much hate. Granted the only one ive ridden is Great Nor’Easter but the layouts are really good.
The SLC is a great layout ruined by bad trackwork and restraints.
Anyone know anyway to get around that long ass walk to the entrance 😂 i already bought tickets and had no freaking clue it was that far
That’s the only way in 😅
Kong is the worst Coaster i've been on. My favorite is Medusa West for DK, and I just came back from Cedar Point and Kings Island
They rid a water ride from tsunami soaker old
Maybe new water ride think water ride coster or tea cups
