I think the problem is we look wrong at the overall picture of our homes. Instead of looking at a pile of dirty laundry look at being grateful that we have clothes to wear. Or a sink full of dirty dishes, be glad to have food to eat. Or weeds and a yard that needs mowed again, be grateful we have a home. We should be glad that we are blessed to have chores to do instead of grumbling. I just made 6 loaves of banana bread a couple days ago too lol. The mailman got one, the garbage man, neighbors lol. Next time take 1 banana and 2 eggs, mix together and make small pancakes, they are delicious ❤️ Have a great day!

That’s so true!! It’s crazy how we can overlook all of these blessings in our lives every single day. Having a grateful heart js the true key to happiness. And you sound like the best neighbor ever to be making everyone banana bread! I love it! I need to do more of that. Have a wonderful weekend 🌸🌷

Another amazing, inspiring video. Your videos bring me such a calming peace. I was a single mom raising 3 boys for 14 years and was desperate to be a sahm but had to work outside the home to survive. The Lord carried me through those tough times and now even though I still go to work a few days a week I get to create the home I always longed for and my boys are creating their own homes as adults. Thank you for such positive, thoughtful videos each week 😊

Wow 3 boys by yourself, that is an incredible accomplishment!! Thank you for watching and sharing your story. I love that you are creating the home you always wanted and your boys are doing the same. It just goes to show you how much of an impact home has on our lives.❤️

Awe thank you Susan. And I am sure you are so proud of them. It’s such a beautiful moment to look at our children and see all of the work we’ve poured into them and find them to be incredible human beings for it. What a beautiful gift to our lives. ❤️❤️❤️

Awesome video Roxana! It really spoke to me when you talked about feeling tired of doing something. I have been married for 37 years and have been the sole meal preparer all of those years. My Husband and I both worked full time and I always made the meals even though I worked outside the home. I have two Sons, one that never left home and one that left and is now back temporarily. I am still pretty much doing all the cooking so I find myself not enjoying it as much even though I’m retired. Thank you for making me think of it in a more positive way. 😊

Wise words again, Roxanna. I think for a long time, there was almost a sense that being a homemaker had no real value when of course, it really is the most important of all jobs. Finding fulfilment in the small things, taking the time to do them well and understanding their value within the grand scheme of things, has certainly helped me feel inspired on those down days. x
