Shawn Lewis abec rating has nothing to do woth skateboarding, and kryptonocs actually make very good longboard wheels.
Absolutely incorrect. one month in skating kryptonics longboard wheels they were shredded, pieces falling off. 4-5 months in on my acid chemical Co. Funner wheels and not a scratch, plus they slide, kryptonics never did for me. Daily riding on both.
Iwasonthemoon 80s kryptonics were apparently like what bones are today. I wasn’t there, but I heard they were hella fast.

Have you tried the Independent 7s? They feel awesome. I've had friends confuse them for swiss, and they're less than half the price. Plus, they come with spacers and speed rings. I totally reccomend them.

Jesse Treadway I ride street mostly and ride with a 8.0 Almost. I love skating, ive been skating for years but Im pretty bad at it. Lately ive been trying to get better but just mostly riding around with friends and hanging out, been really into it at the moment just need to practice :)
At least 6 years, im 16 now and im pretty sure I started when I was around 10. But couple of those years was just skating around not doing anything with tricks, my brother got a skateboard and I did anything my brother did so I got one too. But he screwed up his knee and I started skating on my own
I just started skating, bought a deathwish board cause it looked cool, then got indies cause that’s what they had in 159, then bought spitfire wheels and bones Swiss bearing from a friends, for just starting I have a legit setup

Mike Litouris No..I've skated both..preference goes as far as your intelligence. Bones STF are definitely the best. I used to be all about the spits..Until i tried the STF's. Try them see what you think.
i have tried both, the stf may last longer but something with the f4, it slides better for me and doesnt feel like plasticy. :D

well If you've tried both then i can't really argue. I love the formula 4's and thought i would never ride another wheel but the moment i rode my STF's i was sold for life and just on Bones wheels in general. Crispy wheels..and they stay white..spitfires get that janky yellow color over time.

It pisses me off cause pros setup a deck every 3 days I have to save up for like 6 months for a good pro board lol it sucks
Late by three years, but cant very pissed when the pro's worked theirs asses off and battled the pavement to get where they are. That's how it goes, nothing comes for free and you gotta put the fight and the work into what you want.

In high school the homie and I used to get hype on Lizard vids before hitting up the local spots. I helped him learn to skate and won’t forget when he finally kicked my ass at s.k.a.t.e. Simpler times…
I did write switch heelflip, and since he was being stationary and not riding in reverse, I thought it would be more appropriate to write it as switch heel instead of nollie heel, but all that matters is that he was doing it switch. For a person who claims to be quite observant, you don't seem to observe much from my comment.

It's not bandwagoning, it's just knowing what the best quality wheels are and supporting that co. I'm not saying that Bones never get flatspots, but they've been making skateboard wheels for a long time and they do it with experience. I think a lot of people just like spitfires because they have a killer team and they follow the pros.
