Owner gave POA and working in abroad and now his POA wants to sell the owner land with his permission.how do I get live certificate from owner as he is in abroad? And how do we get consent from owner as he is in abroad?.any document needs to be signed by owner for giving consent?
Sir my dad gave GPOA to my uncle(periyappa) during 2006 . Due to recent disputes my uncle has transferred my dads property to his wife name during jan 2020. In encumbrance POA was not registered till the sale date ie he registered poa on 13-01-2020 and also sold the property to his wife (periamma) on 13-01-20. Kindly advice if the sale is valid. My dad was not present during the sale of property Live certificate was forged. Also we came to know property was sold on 25 aug 2020 but earlier we have registered FIR for 5 property document missing on 23 jan 2020 (out of 5 property document missing - one property was sold by my uncle)
