I like the visual design. But let's be realistic. It's not for us Mediterraneans. These are northern boats, with main purpose to bring people from A to B as fast, safe and economic as possible. It is a trend, I see a lot of Axopars etc. But they are not made for enjoying a day on the beach on your boat. And this one. Never seen a boat that offers so little comfort on 38 feet. "So much seating"???? I've seen the same or better comfort on 25 feet boats. Pathetic cabin and the quirks.... Good luck on chipping a piece of your shin-bone off every time you are not careful passing those fender holders. Facing backwards at watersports is just a brilliant idea. Nothing to hold on, pass a wave, and you are catapulted to the meat grinder between the engines. Even lovely bikini shots can't help this boat. Nice try. Aquaholic should look at this review and put his speedos on for future videos.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! I appreciate your perspective, especially coming from someone familiar with Mediterranean boating. The Fjord 38 does have a design that's more focused on performance and getting from point A to B, which is why it may not tick all the boxes for those seeking a more traditional day-on-the-beach experience. I can see how the layout might not appeal to everyone, especially if comfort is a top priority.
That said, the design trends like Fjord and Axopar do seem to cater to a specific audience that values speed, style, and a minimalist aesthetic. It’s always great to hear different viewpoints though, and I think your feedback about the cabin and quirks is valid for those considering how they want to use the boat. And maybe we’ll send Nick @Aquaholic a nudge to get his speedos on for the next one! Thanks again for engaging with the review.
