This is my loadout ever since the new balance changes 1. Engineer since its very versatile and has high DPS, hidden detection, fly detection (which is now required to beat fallen mode) and stun resistant. 2. Golden Soldier, now that brawler is nerfed I replaced it with Golden soldier. | Golden soldier got buffed a lot and is really op right now, Golden soldier has hidden detection, flying detection (which is now required to beat fallen mode) and has no placement limit which is really good, it pretty much has it all. 3. Commander, would have chosen merc base, but commander can support more G soldiers which are broken right now. 4. DJ for range and discount. 5. Farm for economy.

G cowboy, engineer, dj booth, commander, and DPS (preferably gatling) This is probably the most versatile including events except for night 3. Gatling can be changed for ranger. This can solo almost all game modes that are not impossible to solo. Farm is not included due to it being banned in most events.
I like this loadout a lot! I like to personally use Electroshocker instead of Commander, as it helps to stun a lot of enemies and also target flying enemies, too. It may not be more effective than Commander with a good DPS Tower, but I get along just fine with this loadout!
for the new fallen rework honestly if your soloing never bring farm, unlike other modes fallen gives so much cash by the time you get to wave 40, you dont even need golden cowboy unless in very specific scenarios like spamming golden minis which is hella expensive id say replace farm with either a stun/support/extra dps tower and make sure your early game can work through mid-game, gold soldier is the best in my opinion as it deals with flying but militant is a good alternative
I’d remove Mercenary for a starting tower since Mercenary isn’t spammable and overall isn’t too worth it when you have to wait the first wave for cash. Hope this recommendation helps!
Bro, militant so so underrated. If it is your only dps tower, use it, even better than minigunner. If it is your transistioner from early to mid game then it’s still good. If you want a good or to me, the best early game tower, it is still a great choice. It can even solo molten on its own, no farm or support.
Indeed, I would for sure use Militant for my advantage to becoming better and better. Also bringing Pyromancer or Freezer, Ace Pilot for the splash and stun immunity, Military Base for air strikes, and Medic to heal your troops would for sure be a killer loadout!
I dont know what you guys think but when i was looking at the amount of damage that towers do, i found out that the electroshocker does surprisingly allot of damage. Just as a side note, im just a beginner/intermediate plaer, this us just an observation i made in a game
This is my version of best Loadout (Boss killer) What I use in solo is Engineer, Accelerator, Dj, Cowboy, Farm (Because you can get all maxxed by final wave easily, and have a very high dps) (Strat: Use cowboy and farm at the same time -> max dj -> max farm and cowboy -> Spam max engineer and accelerators Squads: Engineer, Accelerator, Mercenary Base, Medic, Farm (Medic is the most uncommon important support tower so use her instead of dj and commander) (Strat: At the start of match I’ll say “does anyone have dj and/or commander?” If they don’t have dj for example, you’ll do the rejoin bug and replace farm with dj. Congrats now you can place 6 engis, 8 accel, 1 merc base, 1 dj, and 4 medics)
the real best loadout i MUST admit it,that work amazimgly,but i suggest pick the map which can contact mutiple times the enemy at the same spot such as rocket place and crossroad to make everything even more easy and prevent leaking
Those two maps are great maps for safety in-case things go south, thanks for the feedback! I personally use Stained Temple with a personal strategy with the super-advanced loadout, as it is the most compact map and compliments Brawlers being placed at the entrance, while still having high range and able to be repositioned. I would recommend bringing DJ for the three buffs at max level, maybe Cowboy or Farm for extra economy, a support tower like Pyromancer, Freezer, Medic, or Electroshocker (my favorite!). Then bring another DPS or Sub-DPS, then a starting game tower. For example, DPS, DJ, Engineer, Electroshocker, and Golden Cowboy is my personal favorite loadout for solo Fallen. Hope this helps!

if your having problems with mercenary base at 1 placement limit, you can set your mecerany base to grenadier, etc and use airdrop and then sell it and then do it over again

The perfectly good loadout for normal modes (easy, molten, fallen) would exclusively having: >Farm, >Brawler, Engineer (those two supports each other throughout early-mid-late game) >Dj cuz yes 3 main dps loadout is expensive >as the third dps it would be ranking as MercBase/ Accel, Pursuit/ Gmini/ Turret… [!!] I personally don’t ever use Commander at all, its range is small after rework, it only help the best of Brawlers since Engineer relies on her sentries the most (so getting 50% buff is not worth it cuz Commander’s dps and APC isn’t that strong to make it up, instead it should be MercBase that still buff 20% damage but also a strong reliable dps unit tower) [!!] Tbh Accel and Pursuit is close, I tested those out, but they kinda performs the same and also depends on situation, Accel has higher dps than Pursuit but Pursuit doesn’t get stun as likely as Accel does, And ye in the boss fight boss it would get only 1 time to stun and Accel would get them low fast and can backup on damaging them in a relevant time While Pursuit still continuously dealing damage after boss stun but it’s taking down boss not as fast as Accel But I think Pursuit could still be performing better? And ye Pursuit rework is coming out soon, idk if its going to be stronger than how it was but if so Pursuit would top out Accel and might stay behind MercBase
I use 2 loadouts usually 1. For being more defensive or just see or analyse the game mode I would use G soldier , farm , dj , ranger ,any tower depending on my choice for the last 2. This one I'll go fully offensive and focus fully on DPS G cowboy,accel,engi,ranger,turret or pursuit (also use dmg and cool down flags since they are like a support)
I like the second loadout, but probably stick in DJ Booth instead of Turret. You get a lot of money from Fallen, but DJ Booth boosts range, which could help a lot long-term
Isnt golden mini a better option because of no placement limit also loadout lacks splash dmg like mortar I think this loadout might be better: Eco - Farm Early mid game - Brawler Support - Dj Splash - Mortar Main dps - Golden mini

I can honestly solo any of the four regular modes when I use g cowboy, commander, DJ, engineer, and accelerator. G cowboy is honestly such a lifesaver because it’s pretty much golden scout and farm all in one package opening up an extra spot where farm would normally be.
btw the best team (imo) for pizza party is 1: any top 3 early game (gladiator, g scout, brawler) 2: engi 3: mortar 4: medic 5: farm no you can't replace engi with accel bc you need to place 2-3 lvl 2 engi on wave 10 to help killing the first boss and it's much better than accel overall (if u know how to farm and save everything u can place it on wave 10 but i hate accel tbh) mortar is useless to use before wave 26 (ballons wave is 28 and u need to place every mortar lvl 4 or 2 lvl 5) medic here is if u are lazy to use commander or dj but u dont really need them bc people will have dj in 90% of games and u can easily win without commander u dont really need to place medic till last wave btw dont sell your early tower and max it at some point (will be really good if u do it early bc glad can be maxed insanely early and destroy everything and brawler is.. yk.. brawler.) I could agree with most stuff, the only thing that is questionable is shotgunner not being included in intermediate strategy, if it's so strong for advanced player, it should work with intermediate players, especially that it's affordable for them. Trust me, shotgunner is solid as hell.

Very long comment about why I believe this loadout is the best (certified professional yapper) This loadout was bought to you by robloxgameleaker. This loadout is a versatile loadout that can both support other towers and do early and late game. Making it viable for all modes except special modes, which you might need to remove a support tower and add a extra DPS tower like Accelerator or Pursuit. This also has speedrunning potential. With the introduction finished, let's get to explaining the loadout as a whole. The loadout consists of Brawler (early to mid game tower) Engineer (late game tower) [IT can be used as a early game tower, but becuase it has the highest dps out of all the late game towers, I'm gonna be mentioning it as a late game tower] Farm (extra income, probably the most important tower) Commander (general firerate boosting tower) DJ (cost and range boosting tower) With the summary of the towers explained, let's get into a deeper explanation of why the loadout is good in all roles of the game. Brawler: Used for modern speedrunning and world records, this tower can serve abnormal amount of DPS in just a few seconds. With the abillity doing splash and moving, it's even more reliable. It can hit enemies that have leaked such as the Error, which is a common game ender in most fallen matches and most fast enemies. It's stunning makes this less likely to happen. It's cheap hidden detection and fast firerate and damage make it a great option for early game and speedrunning. Engineer This tower, recently reworked to do way more damage, now beats Accelerator. Before the rework, the sentries used to have no stealth detection, making hidden a great weakness for the tower. At max, the sentries now gain hidden detection. The base tower also has a bit of DPS, doing 65 at max. At max level, it can absolutely shred enemies with it's multi role capabilities with it sentries. They can do both AOE and single target damage with the War Machine and Minigun sentry. While not having a charge up or a rev up like Minigunner and Accelerator, it makes for a viable option in late game modes due to it's versatility and DPS. The cherry on top that makes the tower the best late game tower is the stun proof sentries, the only counter against it is stun abuse by the enemies, like the Fallen Guardian or Vindicator. Farm: Arguably the most important tower in this list, this tower serves to increase economy and makes you able to place more towers faster. It's abillity to make cash is widely regarded as the most important tower in high level loadouts, only not being equipped by low levels. With the amount of skins it has, such as the Graveyard or the Arcade, the design of the Farm also makes it a suitable choice to add a extra bit of style in your loadout. When 8 farms are fully maxed out, it can give 12,000 per wave, which will help alot in the later waves when you're placing expensive towers. (if you're reading this reply with green paintballer is better) Commander This tower recently got a absolutely horrid nerf. It used to do 35% firerate, but after constant backlash, the devs reverted the maximum firerate buff to be 50%. Known for being useful in speedrunning. This tower serves as a alternative to DJ to players looking for a tower to boost the overall damage of most towers. The secondary abillity, sending APCS, are known for their multi role capabilities, such as the Missile and Gunner APC, This tower was also known to be extremely unbalanced during the legacy or old version of TDS, being able to be stacked with infinite commander placement. So you could technically make any tower infinitely stronger becuase of the stacking. As of right now, it has been balanced and now at the maximum gives 50% firerate buff. DJ: This tower, being a alternative to the Commander, while going hand in hand for creating a duo support team makes for a incredibly useful role in supporting other towers. The DJ helps to increase the range of the towers, which can help if fast enemies are a problem. and decrease the price of late game towers which can be useful to get more late game towers before the boss fight. This tower, often being a important tower in the role of TDS, also has a few but notable skins. The most important are the Neko DJ, and the Ghost DJ. This tower is currently the only tower to be able to play music, and you can change the music of the DJ using the gamepass. Other then that, the DJ is the only tower to have a benefit with a gamepass. End Notes: This loadout, has no weaknesses or enemies that can overcome it. This loadout is suited well for every enemy that comes and every situation that will happen. Being a jack of all trades loadout, this will surely help you win every game of TDS (if you don't have a skill issue) anyways that's my yapping session.
Extra reply: I don't agree with your "Perfect Loadout". I do not mean to be toxic or arrogant, but I just want to state out my reasons and hopefully discuss this together. The loadout you mentioned is Mercenary Base, Brawler, Farm, Engineer and DJ. Now, this loadout is pretty good, but I still don't agree that it is the perfect loadout in my opinion. Let's now explain why I don't believe in it. The first reason you stated about is that 10x brawlers and 6x engineers do 4535 DPS. If you max farms on wave 20, at best, you are getting 6 engineers and 4 brawlers before wave 40 even rich DJ. , Getting 10 brawlers would be impractical in duo, trio or quad rounds. This only works for solo, which can be difficult without the correct strategy. The second reason: Grenadier spam has proven to be extremely powerful, but with the first reason is the basis of the second reason. There is absolutely no way that you are getting 3 mercenary bases, engineers and brawlers without using some sort of power up to boost your farming beforehand.
I understand your reasonings, however with the right strategy, it is actually possible to max all of these towers during Wave 40, and I recommend maxing Engineers first, Mercenary Bases after, and Brawlers last. It is difficult without the right strategy, but with correct Farming, smart upgrade choices, and correct DJ upgrades, my “perfect” loadout can serve you quite well. Commander also helps a lot, so I could also agree with yours being the perfect loadout. I chose Mercenary Base over Commander due to the Riot Guards you can air-drop in on the final wave; With 2 medics and 7 Riot Guards, that’s around 31k damage to Fallen King. Yeah I wouldn’t recommend using it in the loadout anymore, instead I’d remove Brawler and Farm, and bring Ranger and Cowboy instead. Golden Cowboy deals with the early waves, Ranger helps with the Flying Enemies, and overall damage. I recommend using Honey Valley if possible, as it doesn’t nerf your coin rewards. U-Turn is another, great alternate map!

Im wondering why isnt golden minigunner used considering you have 2 towers helping with economy If your economy is good, you should look a little more onto maximum dps rather than cost efficiency, especially on solo rounds where its a greater concern
This video is outdated, back then money was tight in Fallen when getting DPS such as Merc, Engi, and Brawler. However now, money isn’t an issue at all, even in trio sometimes. That’s why now I would definitely suggest having 3 powerful main DPS towers, and a longer path map. Thanks for commenting though!
First of all, Engineer isn't stun immune, it's stun resistant, and so is Mercenary Base if you use it's field medics. and g cowboy can replace brawler and farm for early game, and dj for mid to late game, and brawler is still VERY good for stunning, and it does LOTS of dps, and even it's short range can be countered with it's reposition ability. and pursuit is the second best fps, behind engineer, since first of all the pursuit is stun immune, just like the brawler, making the game less rig reliant, and even though pursuit's targeting is terrible, this shouldn't really be a problem considering your only going to be using this in late game, and pursuit does have a higher total dps than accelerator, even with damage and cooldown buffs, since those don't affect the charge up and cooldown of the accelerator, and since the accelerator has an overcharge, which means which means once it reaches 3600 damage (at max level) down after it's cooldown, it will need another 4 second to attack (2 second for it's cooldown + 2 seconds for it's charge up), which means that even if the accelerator had the 20% damage buff, that would mean it would be attacking for 20% less, since it would reach it's max overcharge 20% faster (in this case), so instead of dealing (exactly) 300 dps with a 3600 overcharge, a 2 second cooldown, and 2 second charge up, with the 20% damage buff you think those statistics would be the same, just with the accelerator dealing exactly 360 dps, it would deal 300 dps with a 3600 over charge, that instead of lasting for 12 seconds (3600/300), it would last for 9.4 seconds, still with a both 2 second charge up and cooldown, and the accelerator is the most stun vulnerable tower in the game, since (assuming it's attacking) it would have to use it's cooldown, wait 5 seconds, then charge up, which adds up to being stunned for 9 seconds! (assuming it wasn't stunned again in that time). And even though Golden Minigunner does have a higher dps in this case, in most cases, it would be hard getting not only all max level golden cowboys, brawlers, and engineers, but also all max level golden minigunners, which are pretty expensive (also considering their utilization is in lower dps with a lower/no placement limit), and they or a little bit stun vulnerable, since they just a 1.4 second rev up time. And even though brining Ranger instead of Golden Cowboy Will give you a higher total DPS, and the ability to solo all of the survival modes, and Hardcore Mode (only on Crossroads) (and with good RNG, certain the challenge maps on a good map with good rng, and maybe even some events)this would be very hard on the special gameodes without an economy, and in all of these gameodes, Golden Cowboy makes it, not only possible, but a Lot easier (if you use it correctly). So the true perfect loadout (at least as of 7:30 PDT on Thursday July 25th 2024, which is around, and not too much over, 17 hours after this video was published) is: 1. Golden Cowboy 2. Brawler 3. Mercenary Base 4. Engineer 5. Pursuit Also, if you are playing in a gameode that allows consumables (excluding certain challenge maps and hardcore mode, than this is the perfect consumable loadout: 1: Damage Flag 2: Cooldown (Fireate) Flag 3: UAV [Since it is better than the Range flag in every way (in game)] 4: Nuke [To use on the Final Boss on wave 40, or/and if not, to use just in case you are about to lose (if you don't have any revive tickets left) Also make sure that you Do have (a) revive ticket(s) left, for if you lose, or/and to use it strategically with taking advantage of how it refunds you off of your money back. And Finally, please bear in mind that using: 1. Brawler 2. Engineer 3. Farm 4. Mercenary Base 5. DJ Booth Is better for grinding coins (not gems), and if you're speedrunning, use the Consumables a listed earlier. And if you are grinding or speedrunning, this will not work on Hardcore Mode (to triumph), Polluted Wastelands 2, and most likely Badlands. Thank you for reading all of this (somehow), and bye bye!

And at 4:14 you miscalculated the amount, and damage about the Riot Guards, and at 4:20, that is not correct, because you should to put the brawlers reposition ability into account (since you would most likely use it in a match), and the dps is incorrect anyways, because since the ROF (rate of fire) bug was fixed around and not too much over 2 years ago, you have to click the last blue text in the sentence above the statics (on the TDS) wiki, where it says that if you want to see the statistics without the ROF bug being taken into account, press here (it does not say exactly that but it conveys the same meaning of that), and once you click that (the last blue text on that sentence above the statistics, you fine the latest version of the tower there, and click on it, and then just make sure you stayed in the, "Implied Stats" section, and that will show the actual dps, not below where it says, "Actual Stats".
I like to use farm, brawler, engineer, accelerator, and dj when you have 3 huge dps with range and price buff, you never need buffs. When brawler is nerfed, I’ll probably switch to shotgunner or add merc and use engineer
That is true, but when Accelerator gets stunned, it loses out on a lot of time to deal damage. There may be ways to counter this, and it might still work in the end, but there are some challenges when using Accelerator. Have a nice day, thanks for commenting!
Engi has overall better DPS (with all sentries) but it comes with a cost that it requires to build it up while Accel is good on the get go. Though the DMG buff doesn't rlly help Accel much since it has a set 3600 DMG before recharge. So either replace Merc with accel or stick with the provided loadout
@@purplebaggyboi merc cant buff accel nor engineer. wikiacolors said it himself, and no, i did not listen to his yap session for 8 minutes. u could replace accel with engi, but engineer performs a lot better since it's sentries are stun resistant and does more damage than accel with commander on both towers
Advanced - DPS, DJ Booth, Engineer, Golden Cowboy, and Electroshocker. Try to use a long-path map that allows the towers to cover most of the path, thus dealing damage constantly. Hardcore - If you want a winning loadout, there isn't a guaranteed loadout that will always get you a win. However, you can definitely put together a loadout good enough to make it past Wave 25 or higher, rinsing, and repeating to get gems as quick as possible. I recommend checking out some Duo or Trio Hardcore Document Strategies since its easiest to grind gems and triumph Hardcore with one or two other people.
I love this loadout! I would switch out Merc for a more higher-DPS Tower, however. Merc base has a limit to amount of units and as well each unit has a life span. Just something you should note!
I personally enjoy using Mercenary Base, Warden, Engineer, Shotgunner, and Farm! Warden and Shotgunner destroy the early waves. As you farm, you can start to afford Mercenary Base for Riflemen spam and Engineers at Lvl 4+!
Make sure your early-middle game defense isn’t lacking behind until you start farming, and use a map that allows your towers to have high path coverage, as we as targeting enemies as soon as they spawn. Hope this helps, let me know if you need more help!

Brawler is a lot better due to its high damage and knock back abilities; as well as immunity to stuns and its reposition ability to move anywhere in the map. It is highly flexible, therefore I recommend it over Gladiator! Have a wonderful day!

if u dont have mercinary base u can change it for g mini or accel and if u dont have brawler u can change it to g cowboy cowboy g crook boss and prob shotgunner and also gladiator
I really like and recommend this loadout! However, if you do have Golden Minigunner, replace it with Accelerator. Golden Minigunner now almost deals the same DPS as Accelerator, but with higher placement limit, and much cheaper!
the best loudout now is for mode that had flying enemies: golden cowboy engineer or ranger trapper commander golden miniguner for mode without flying enemies: Golden cowboy trapper accelerator or turret or miniguner commander dj booth
The Super Advanced Loadout isn’t as affective anymore, but one that has proven to be very helpful is: Ranger/Pursuit, Engineer, Golden Cowboy/Cowboy, DJ Booth, and a Freeze Troop. Hope this helps, have a nice day!
this is actually my first time i got a like, comment and favorite on my comments! Thanks, and for the loadout i’ll try it! Only think I may change is farm with cowboy for while farm can get you lots of money, I like getting extra cash each wave and dealing tons of damage! Taking commander too, I may replace shotgunner either way him! I’ll be honest, having more fire rate is real op, so as rushing fallen. However, if can use cowboy, it may be able to be close to equal with shotgunner!
P.S. - At 1:45, I say "Hunter and Soldier", but clearly, Hunter and Scout are shown on screen. Sorry for the visual-to-audio dilemma!

Dang i still remember the best loadout people use in frost invasion era is Minigun, Ranger, Farm, Dj and Commander and that is usable for anything (swap something for Gladiator and you become beast) good old days :)

This is my loadout ever since the new balance changes
1. Engineer since its very versatile and has high DPS, hidden detection, fly detection (which is now required to beat fallen mode) and stun resistant.
2. Golden Soldier, now that brawler is nerfed I replaced it with Golden soldier. | Golden soldier got buffed a lot and is really op right now, Golden soldier has hidden detection, flying detection (which is now required to beat fallen mode) and has no placement limit which is really good, it pretty much has it all.
3. Commander, would have chosen merc base, but commander can support more G soldiers which are broken right now.
4. DJ for range and discount.
5. Farm for economy.
I would use Golden Cowboy and remove Farm so you can fit a DPS Tower, but this could work either way.

G cowboy, engineer, dj booth, commander, and DPS (preferably gatling)
This is probably the most versatile including events except for night 3. Gatling can be changed for ranger.
This can solo almost all game modes that are not impossible to solo.
Farm is not included due to it being banned in most events.
I like this loadout a lot! I like to personally use Electroshocker instead of Commander, as it helps to stun a lot of enemies and also target flying enemies, too. It may not be more effective than Commander with a good DPS Tower, but I get along just fine with this loadout!
I’d personally switch commander with trapper
for the new fallen rework honestly if your soloing never bring farm, unlike other modes fallen gives so much cash by the time you get to wave 40, you dont even need golden cowboy unless in very specific scenarios like spamming golden minis which is hella expensive
id say replace farm with either a stun/support/extra dps tower and make sure your early game can work through mid-game, gold soldier is the best in my opinion as it deals with flying but militant is a good alternative

My loadout is engi mercenary farm g crook dj. Anything i can improve?
I’d remove Mercenary for a starting tower since Mercenary isn’t spammable and overall isn’t too worth it when you have to wait the first wave for cash. Hope this recommendation helps!

Bro, militant so so underrated. If it is your only dps tower, use it, even better than minigunner. If it is your transistioner from early to mid game then it’s still good. If you want a good or to me, the best early game tower, it is still a great choice. It can even solo molten on its own, no farm or support.
Indeed, I would for sure use Militant for my advantage to becoming better and better. Also bringing Pyromancer or Freezer, Ace Pilot for the splash and stun immunity, Military Base for air strikes, and Medic to heal your troops would for sure be a killer loadout!
I dont know what you guys think but when i was looking at the amount of damage that towers do, i found out that the electroshocker does surprisingly allot of damage.
Just as a side note, im just a beginner/intermediate plaer, this us just an observation i made in a game
Electroshocker does deal a lot of damage, it is quite useful for stunning, splash, and mid-damage.
This is my version of best Loadout (Boss killer)
What I use in solo is
Engineer, Accelerator, Dj, Cowboy, Farm (Because you can get all maxxed by final wave easily, and have a very high dps) (Strat: Use cowboy and farm at the same time -> max dj -> max farm and cowboy -> Spam max engineer and accelerators
Squads:
Engineer, Accelerator, Mercenary Base, Medic, Farm (Medic is the most uncommon important support tower so use her instead of dj and commander) (Strat: At the start of match I’ll say “does anyone have dj and/or commander?” If they don’t have dj for example, you’ll do the rejoin bug and replace farm with dj. Congrats now you can place 6 engis, 8 accel, 1 merc base, 1 dj, and 4 medics)

the real best loadout i MUST admit it,that work amazimgly,but i suggest pick the map which can contact mutiple times the enemy at the same spot such as rocket place and crossroad to make everything even more easy and prevent leaking
Those two maps are great maps for safety in-case things go south, thanks for the feedback! I personally use Stained Temple with a personal strategy with the super-advanced loadout, as it is the most compact map and compliments Brawlers being placed at the entrance, while still having high range and able to be repositioned. I would recommend bringing DJ for the three buffs at max level, maybe Cowboy or Farm for extra economy, a support tower like Pyromancer, Freezer, Medic, or Electroshocker (my favorite!). Then bring another DPS or Sub-DPS, then a starting game tower. For example, DPS, DJ, Engineer, Electroshocker, and Golden Cowboy is my personal favorite loadout for solo Fallen. Hope this helps!

For the super advanced loadout I replace mercenary with jester for the splash/ stunning, I set it to 1 poison 1 confusion

if your having problems with mercenary base at 1 placement limit, you can set your mecerany base to grenadier, etc and use airdrop and then sell it and then do it over again

The perfectly good loadout for normal modes (easy, molten, fallen) would exclusively having:
>Farm,
>Brawler, Engineer (those two supports each other throughout early-mid-late game)
>Dj cuz yes 3 main dps loadout is expensive
>as the third dps it would be ranking as MercBase/ Accel, Pursuit/ Gmini/ Turret…
[!!] I personally don’t ever use Commander at all, its range is small after rework, it only help the best of Brawlers since Engineer relies on her sentries the most (so getting 50% buff is not worth it cuz Commander’s dps and APC isn’t that strong to make it up, instead it should be MercBase that still buff 20% damage but also a strong reliable dps unit tower)
[!!] Tbh Accel and Pursuit is close, I tested those out, but they kinda performs the same and also depends on situation, Accel has higher dps than Pursuit but Pursuit doesn’t get stun as likely as Accel does,
And ye in the boss fight boss it would get only 1 time to stun and Accel would get them low fast and can backup on damaging them in a relevant time
While Pursuit still continuously dealing damage after boss stun but it’s taking down boss not as fast as Accel
But I think Pursuit could still be performing better? And ye Pursuit rework is coming out soon, idk if its going to be stronger than how it was but if so Pursuit would top out Accel and might stay behind MercBase

I use 2 loadouts usually
1. For being more defensive or just see or analyse the game mode I would use
G soldier , farm , dj , ranger ,any tower depending on my choice for the last
2. This one I'll go fully offensive and focus fully on DPS
G cowboy,accel,engi,ranger,turret or pursuit (also use dmg and cool down flags since they are like a support)
I like the second loadout, but probably stick in DJ Booth instead of Turret. You get a lot of money from Fallen, but DJ Booth boosts range, which could help a lot long-term
Isnt golden mini a better option because of no placement limit also loadout lacks splash dmg like mortar I think this loadout might be better:
Eco - Farm
Early mid game - Brawler
Support - Dj
Splash - Mortar
Main dps - Golden mini

1: any top 3 early game (gladiator, g scout, brawler)
2: engi
3: mortar
4: medic
5: farm
no you can't replace engi with accel bc you need to place 2-3 lvl 2 engi on wave 10 to help killing the first boss and it's much better than accel overall (if u know how to farm and save everything u can place it on wave 10 but i hate accel tbh)
mortar is useless to use before wave 26 (ballons wave is 28 and u need to place every mortar lvl 4 or 2 lvl 5)
medic here is if u are lazy to use commander or dj but u dont really need them bc people will have dj in 90% of games and u can easily win without commander
u dont really need to place medic till last wave
btw dont sell your early tower and max it at some point (will be really good if u do it early bc glad can be maxed insanely early and destroy everything and brawler is.. yk.. brawler.) BUT if u have g scout it's useless.

I could agree with most stuff, the only thing that is questionable is shotgunner not being included in intermediate strategy, if it's so strong for advanced player, it should work with intermediate players, especially that it's affordable for them. Trust me, shotgunner is solid as hell.
I agree, honestly forgot to include it into the Intermediate Loadout, as I was trying to equip the Intermediate Loadout with towers that would deal with the Molten Boss quickest, but Shotgunner would definitely be a solid choice for Intermediates. Have a wonderful day!

The last 3 you mentioned is already a great foundation for a loadout! If you just now bring another DPS tower and an economy/support tower, then it’s a great loadout! For example, DPS, DJ, Engineer, Electroshocker, and Golden Cowboy is my personal, favorite solo Fallen Loadout! Hope this helps!

With the introduction finished, let's get to explaining the loadout as a whole.
The loadout consists of
Brawler (early to mid game tower)
Engineer (late game tower)
[IT can be used as a early game tower, but becuase it has the highest dps out of all the late game towers, I'm gonna be mentioning it as a late game tower]
Farm (extra income, probably the most important tower)
Commander (general firerate boosting tower)
DJ (cost and range boosting tower)
With the summary of the towers explained, let's get into a deeper explanation of why the loadout is good in all roles of the game.
Brawler: Used for modern speedrunning and world records, this tower can serve abnormal amount of DPS in just a few seconds. With the abillity doing splash and moving, it's even more reliable. It can hit enemies that have leaked such as the Error, which is a common game ender in most fallen matches and most fast enemies. It's stunning makes this less likely to happen. It's cheap hidden detection and fast firerate and damage make it a great option for early game and speedrunning.
Engineer
This tower, recently reworked to do way more damage, now beats Accelerator. Before the rework, the sentries used to have no stealth detection, making hidden a great weakness for the tower. At max, the sentries now gain hidden detection. The base tower also has a bit of DPS, doing 65 at max. At max level, it can absolutely shred enemies with it's multi role capabilities with it sentries. They can do both AOE and single target damage with the War Machine and Minigun sentry. While not having a charge up or a rev up like Minigunner and Accelerator, it makes for a viable option in late game modes due to it's versatility and DPS. The cherry on top that makes the tower the best late game tower is the stun proof sentries, the only counter against it is stun abuse by the enemies, like the Fallen Guardian or Vindicator.
Farm: Arguably the most important tower in this list, this tower serves to increase economy and makes you able to place more towers faster. It's abillity to make cash is widely regarded as the most important tower in high level loadouts, only not being equipped by low levels. With the amount of skins it has, such as the Graveyard or the Arcade, the design of the Farm also makes it a suitable choice to add a extra bit of style in your loadout. When 8 farms are fully maxed out, it can give 12,000 per wave, which will help alot in the later waves when you're placing expensive towers.

Commander
This tower recently got a absolutely horrid nerf. It used to do 35% firerate, but after constant backlash, the devs reverted the maximum firerate buff to be 50%. Known for being useful in speedrunning. This tower serves as a alternative to DJ to players looking for a tower to boost the overall damage of most towers. The secondary abillity, sending APCS, are known for their multi role capabilities, such as the Missile and Gunner APC, This tower was also known to be extremely unbalanced during the legacy or old version of TDS, being able to be stacked with infinite commander placement. So you could technically make any tower infinitely stronger becuase of the stacking. As of right now, it has been balanced and now at the maximum gives 50% firerate buff.
DJ: This tower, being a alternative to the Commander, while going hand in hand for creating a duo support team makes for a incredibly useful role in supporting other towers. The DJ helps to increase the range of the towers, which can help if fast enemies are a problem. and decrease the price of late game towers which can be useful to get more late game towers before the boss fight. This tower, often being a important tower in the role of TDS, also has a few but notable skins. The most important are the Neko DJ, and the Ghost DJ. This tower is currently the only tower to be able to play music, and you can change the music of the DJ using the gamepass. Other then that, the DJ is the only tower to have a benefit with a gamepass.
End Notes: This loadout, has no weaknesses or enemies that can overcome it. This loadout is suited well for every enemy that comes and every situation that will happen. Being a jack of all trades loadout, this will surely help you win every game of TDS (if you don't have a skill issue) anyways that's my yapping session.
Extra reply: I don't agree with your "Perfect Loadout". I do not mean to be toxic or arrogant, but I just want to state out my reasons and hopefully discuss this together.
The loadout you mentioned is Mercenary Base, Brawler, Farm, Engineer and DJ. Now, this loadout is pretty good, but I still don't agree that it is the perfect loadout in my opinion. Let's now explain why I don't believe in it.
The first reason you stated about is that 10x brawlers and 6x engineers do 4535 DPS. If you max farms on wave 20, at best, you are getting 6 engineers and 4 brawlers before wave 40 even rich DJ. , Getting 10 brawlers would be impractical in duo, trio or quad rounds. This only works for solo, which can be difficult without the correct strategy.
The second reason: Grenadier spam has proven to be extremely powerful, but with the first reason is the basis of the second reason. There is absolutely no way that you are getting 3 mercenary bases, engineers and brawlers without using some sort of power up to boost your farming beforehand.
I understand your reasonings, however with the right strategy, it is actually possible to max all of these towers during Wave 40, and I recommend maxing Engineers first, Mercenary Bases after, and Brawlers last. It is difficult without the right strategy, but with correct Farming, smart upgrade choices, and correct
DJ upgrades, my “perfect” loadout can serve you quite well. Commander also helps a lot, so I could also agree with yours being the perfect loadout. I chose Mercenary Base over Commander due to the Riot Guards you can air-drop in on the final wave; With 2 medics and 7 Riot Guards, that’s around 31k damage to Fallen King. Gold mini is so underated like tbh its easier than accel
2 Max Gold Minigunners are cheaper than 1 Max Accelerator and deal a bit more damage, so technically it can be better in some circumstances. Have a nice day!

Yeah I wouldn’t recommend using it in the loadout anymore, instead I’d remove Brawler and Farm, and bring Ranger and Cowboy instead. Golden Cowboy deals with the early waves, Ranger helps with the Flying Enemies, and overall damage. I recommend using Honey Valley if possible, as it doesn’t nerf your coin rewards. U-Turn is another, great alternate map!

If your economy is good, you should look a little more onto maximum dps rather than cost efficiency, especially on solo rounds where its a greater concern
This video is outdated, back then money was tight in Fallen when getting DPS such as Merc, Engi, and Brawler. However now, money isn’t an issue at all, even in trio sometimes. That’s why now I would definitely suggest having 3 powerful main DPS towers, and a longer path map. Thanks for commenting though!
First of all, Engineer isn't stun immune, it's stun resistant, and so is Mercenary Base if you use it's field medics. and g cowboy can replace brawler and farm for early game, and dj for mid to late game, and brawler is still VERY good for stunning, and it does LOTS of dps, and even it's short range can be countered with it's reposition ability. and pursuit is the second best fps, behind engineer, since first of all the pursuit is stun immune, just like the brawler, making the game less rig reliant, and even though pursuit's targeting is terrible, this shouldn't really be a problem considering your only going to be using this in late game, and pursuit does have a higher total dps than accelerator, even with damage and cooldown buffs, since those don't affect the charge up and cooldown of the accelerator, and since the accelerator has an overcharge, which means which means once it reaches 3600 damage (at max level) down after it's cooldown, it will need another 4 second to attack (2 second for it's cooldown + 2 seconds for it's charge up), which means that even if the accelerator had the 20% damage buff, that would mean it would be attacking for 20% less, since it would reach it's max overcharge 20% faster (in this case), so instead of dealing (exactly) 300 dps with a 3600 overcharge, a 2 second cooldown, and 2 second charge up, with the 20% damage buff you think those statistics would be the same, just with the accelerator dealing exactly 360 dps, it would deal 300 dps with a 3600 over charge, that instead of lasting for 12 seconds (3600/300), it would last for 9.4 seconds, still with a both 2 second charge up and cooldown, and the accelerator is the most stun vulnerable tower in the game, since (assuming it's attacking) it would have to use it's cooldown, wait 5 seconds, then charge up, which adds up to being stunned for 9 seconds! (assuming it wasn't stunned again in that time). And even though Golden Minigunner does have a higher dps in this case, in most cases, it would be hard getting not only all max level golden cowboys, brawlers, and engineers, but also all max level golden minigunners, which are pretty expensive (also considering their utilization is in lower dps with a lower/no placement limit), and they or a little bit stun vulnerable, since they just a 1.4 second rev up time. And even though brining Ranger instead of Golden Cowboy Will give you a higher total DPS, and the ability to solo all of the survival modes, and Hardcore Mode (only on Crossroads) (and with good RNG, certain the challenge maps on a good map with good rng, and maybe even some events)this would be very hard on the special gameodes without an economy, and in all of these gameodes, Golden Cowboy makes it, not only possible, but a Lot easier (if you use it correctly). So the true perfect loadout (at least as of 7:30 PDT on Thursday July 25th 2024, which is around, and not too much over, 17 hours after this video was published) is:
1. Golden Cowboy
2. Brawler
3. Mercenary Base
4. Engineer
5. Pursuit
Also, if you are playing in a gameode that allows consumables (excluding certain challenge maps and hardcore mode, than this is the perfect consumable loadout:
1: Damage Flag
2: Cooldown (Fireate) Flag
3: UAV [Since it is better than the Range flag in every way (in game)]
4: Nuke [To use on the Final Boss on wave 40, or/and if not, to use just in case you are about to lose (if you don't have any revive tickets left)
Also make sure that you Do have (a) revive ticket(s) left, for if you lose, or/and to use it strategically with taking advantage of how it refunds you off of your money back.
And Finally, please bear in mind that using:
1. Brawler
2. Engineer
3. Farm
4. Mercenary Base
5. DJ Booth
Is better for grinding coins (not gems), and if you're speedrunning, use the Consumables a listed earlier.
And if you are grinding or speedrunning, this will not work on Hardcore Mode (to triumph), Polluted Wastelands 2, and most likely Badlands.

And at 4:14 you miscalculated the amount, and damage about the Riot Guards, and at 4:20, that is not correct, because you should to put the brawlers reposition ability into account (since you would most likely use it in a match), and the dps is incorrect anyways, because since the ROF (rate of fire) bug was fixed around and not too much over 2 years ago, you have to click the last blue text in the sentence above the statics (on the TDS) wiki, where it says that if you want to see the statistics without the ROF bug being taken into account, press here (it does not say exactly that but it conveys the same meaning of that), and once you click that (the last blue text on that sentence above the statistics, you fine the latest version of the tower there, and click on it, and then just make sure you stayed in the, "Implied Stats" section, and that will show the actual dps, not below where it says, "Actual Stats".

That is true, but when Accelerator gets stunned, it loses out on a lot of time to deal damage. There may be ways to counter this, and it might still work in the end, but there are some challenges when using Accelerator. Have a nice day, thanks for commenting!
Engi has overall better DPS (with all sentries) but it comes with a cost that it requires to build it up while Accel is good on the get go. Though the DMG buff doesn't rlly help Accel much since it has a set 3600 DMG before recharge. So either replace Merc with accel or stick with the provided loadout

Hey,this is outdated can you tell me the best loadout in hardcore towers and advanced (i dont have gatling)
Advanced - DPS, DJ Booth, Engineer, Golden Cowboy, and Electroshocker. Try to use a long-path map that allows the towers to cover most of the path, thus dealing damage constantly.
Hardcore - If you want a winning loadout, there isn't a guaranteed loadout that will always get you a win. However, you can definitely put together a loadout good enough to make it past Wave 25 or higher, rinsing, and repeating to get gems as quick as possible. I recommend checking out some Duo or Trio Hardcore Document Strategies since its easiest to grind gems and triumph Hardcore with one or two other people.
My loadout is gsoldier,Electro,Dj,farm and merc base
I love this loadout! I would switch out Merc for a more higher-DPS Tower, however. Merc base has a limit to amount of units and as well each unit has a life span. Just something you should note!

I personally enjoy using Mercenary Base, Warden, Engineer, Shotgunner, and Farm! Warden and Shotgunner destroy the early waves. As you farm, you can start to afford Mercenary Base for Riflemen spam and Engineers at Lvl 4+!

Make sure your early-middle game defense isn’t lacking behind until you start farming, and use a map that allows your towers to have high path coverage, as we as targeting enemies as soon as they spawn. Hope this helps, let me know if you need more help!

Jester is a great tower, but I wouldn’t consider it DPS. It can definitely work as a great support tower!

i always use this load and its perfect: g cowboy (eco and early), engi and accel (dps), commander and dj (support).
this load works in all the modes
I really like and recommend this loadout! However, if you do have Golden Minigunner, replace it with Accelerator. Golden Minigunner now almost deals the same DPS as Accelerator, but with higher placement limit, and much cheaper!
the best loudout now is
for mode that had flying enemies: golden cowboy engineer or ranger trapper commander golden miniguner
for mode without flying enemies: Golden cowboy trapper accelerator or turret or miniguner commander dj booth

The Super Advanced Loadout isn’t as affective anymore, but one that has proven to be very helpful is: Ranger/Pursuit, Engineer, Golden Cowboy/Cowboy, DJ Booth, and a Freeze Troop. Hope this helps, have a nice day!

Taking commander too, I may replace shotgunner either way him! I’ll be honest, having more fire rate is real op, so as rushing fallen. However, if can use cowboy, it may be able to be close to equal with shotgunner!
