Oh, UA-cam is kicking in the balls by limiting the number of impressions. But I'm glad that you're back.

@@AJSmart I am so glad to hear that from you, buddy!
I would love to read and then implement the strategies mentioned in the book 'Traffic Secrets' because as you said that it will help me getting more clients and potential customers which is the primary step in building a personal brand.

Maybe you can make a video with main points in each of these books? :) I am a very slow reader. I did learn some marketing yet it is not my passion and strong side at the moment. I have mainly experience with 1on1 sessions and offered a few webinars some time ago on zoom (they were for a small group and went well). Where would one practice fascilitation skills to get more experience and confidence?

I kinda got a bit disappointed by him not making a "fun" comment on the last guy's name...

I thought you were an UX agency 🤔

Hey Maxime! That's a good point. We started out as a pure UX design agency and we were only that for many years (we're actually in our 10th year now). A few years ago, after searching for solutions to solve the misalignment problems that would come up naturally in client projects, we stumbled upon the Design Sprint, which is a 5-day workshop/process for answering critical business questions and validating product ideas. And we started implementing this workshop in all of our client work and internally at our company. We quickly recognized that facilitating this type of workshop was more profitable and enjoyable than doing only the UX design work. Now the UX design work is still a very important part of a lot of projects, especially if we're helping companies develop a digital product. But we also help companies develop business strategies and solve almost any type of problem they have through different types of workshops. And we also train people to become full-time facilitators themselves. Hope this long tale was helpful! Cheers
