I think I’m going to go lift right now.. you got me inspired. I feel like there is a lot of societal pressure on us men these days, have to get our careers right, body right, personality right and it can feel overwhelming at times, and even then I don’t show any of the stress/anxiety this can give me out of fear it will be interpreted as weakness.
Thankfully there is a tried and true formula for improvement for us men, starting with taking care of your hair, face, body, adopting a gym routine, and putting in the hard work. Alongside a community of like minded men for support, this CAN be done.

Yo this is good stuff. I remember I found your channel about 3-4 years ago. I still was in hs was one year into hair journey and the gym. Had solid progress but started taking hair care more serious when I found you. So played a crucial role in my journey fs bro. Now I'm going on 4.5 years for both the gym and hair growth and life just good bro. Started for the ladies but matured over the years and now do it to be the best father I can be when I have my first child and I'm also an uncle of 13 at a young age so get to be role model for my 7 nephews and also got 6 nieces and just showing them how a man should act and what responsibility looks like.
