@@korythecarguy9941 I would cleanse, tone, and moisturize your face twice a day once in the morning and once before you go to bed. But you could do either in the morning or at night either one would be fine but I recommend that you do it twice a day. The exfoliating part and the mask is more of something you do about once or twice a week depending on the severity of your acne. Hope this helps

I’ve been doing this for about 2 weeks and i’ve had bad acne. My face is pretty much clear now, no new acne and the older ones are going away. I believe my face will be glowing in a couple more weeks. Thanks so much man!

_Shots _Gaming_ I’ve tried this routine for 2 weeks now and my acnes are less visible now it works 100% but one trick you can add on your routine is, don’t use night time moisturizer, but I use vaseline every night after washing my face that really helped me... and it gives u shine... that’s just what worked for me 😊😊

So after about 2 months of doing this routine I came back to write this review.
My skin cleared up immensely and I am so happy about that! I would also change my pillow cases every other night, drink at least 60 ounces of water per day, and I cut back on the salty snacks. Hardest part for me was being consistent but it paid off in the end. Thank you so much again for the skincare routine!

Your diet is also important to getting rid of acne. What I mean by diet is reading the ingredients of the food you buy, like staying away from the bad oils, anything labeled with using Natural Flavoring, etc. I looked into Keto and just adapting some of the principals regarding type of foods to eat, helped me to reduced acne tremendously.
