I was bald for four years until recently and I was beautiful. I'm always beautiful just as I am. I owned it and never covered up or wore a wig. I'll have a lifetime's worth of confidence from that experience. Love yourself 💗💕💛
I love this series because as someone who watched ANTM back in the day with zero knowledge or understanding, it's really eye-opening to see how sometimes (or even often) when the girls have a "bad" photo a lot of the blame does not lie with them at all and even how arbitrary some of the judges "critiques" are. I love getting the photographer and model perspective as well, and how positive you guys are about the girls!
As an special effects artist I hate that they didn’t fully glue down the bald caps, doing it the way they did can cause the cap to wrinkle and it ruins the effect. They also didn’t color match very well on some of the models and I could easily tell they had bald caps on. I absolutely love your reactions though and I agree with a lot of your commentary! Keep up the good work! 😊
I think one of the things that frustrates me so much about these is that the girls are not actually told how to improve, just what they're doing wrong. If you're meant to be teaching girls how to be models then TEACH THEM instead of humiliating them. I'm a teacher myself, so maybe it just bothers me a bit more 😉
I don’t think I, as a young white girl, understood what it was like for a black women to be forced to cut her hair. Black people put blood, sweat, and tears into the care and maintenance of their hair. Such diligent care, only to be carelessly cut off for the whims of some egotistical mean girl and her team. It’s appalling
If you love Jade (the confident one), you HAVE to react to the episode where they make the commercial with the long walk... I don't know what the episode is called, and I know it may be out of your field of photography, but it was ICONIC. 😂
“...then you’re making creating conflict for no reason.” Well they are also making a reality tv show first and foremost, so they probably had him up the sass and comments to get some girls going. If they had him just be neutral and have the girls relaxed and confident during the shoot, then it’s “boring.” But yeah, I agree, haha.

If you have a camera and can click and edit pictures to an extent that people will like and have a portfolio to showcase this - you're a professional photographer
Google says a professional photographer is someone who earns 100% of their income from photography. Personally I think someone that went to school for photography is professional only because they actually studied the craft, learned the ins and outs etc. you can be an amazing photographer and never have gone to school and that’s fine as well.
@@kloiemartin-peterson5459 That definition doesn't make sense. Plenty of people go to school for something and never make it their profession. They're not more qualified than people who have done the job for a decade just because they studied it in their late teens and early 20s. Most artistic professions consider you a professional if you have made regular money doing it. Not necessarily 100% income because plenty of people have side or adjacent works. You're a profession photographer if you've been paid for photography work. A professional writer if you've sold articles or stories. A professional artist if you've sold your work etc.
@@Gna_d54 I just said what google said, and it’s just one definition and they based it on that you have to make 100% income from photography to enter into certain factory support organizations.

Your chemistry is amazing! You are both amazing and super fun to watch! I usually agree with your critiques of the show, but I wanted to chime in with a different thought on the "chin down" comment. I have a friend who loves taking pictures, and has roped a few of our friends into "modeling" (silly back yard, interesting lighting, let's see what happens kind of stuff) but I have a habit of pulling my head back, making my neck look really short. For a while, he would ask me to extend my head, and kept trying to direct me in different ways to not say "your neck looks short" but eventually he explained to me what he was trying to capture, and how my habit of pulling my head back wasn't working for his goal. Now when we do our silly photoshoots, I understand that my neck looks short (or in that models case, that her chin looks big) and therefore understands why the pose she kept choosing wasn't working. Just my own thoughts! ♥️ You two!
But your friend's first and only reaction wasn't to bring you down or mock you tho. And then when you still didn't understand they explained it to you (probably very nicely) not make you feel ugly and self conscious.
A lot of these photos turned out really good, the lighting was mainly on point & the makeup/gems mostly worked with the models! I’m no professional but this episode’s pictures were really good, plus having no hair really accentuates the face & I think they did really well with it

I was bald for four years until recently and I was beautiful. I'm always beautiful just as I am. I owned it and never covered up or wore a wig. I'll have a lifetime's worth of confidence from that experience. Love yourself 💗💕💛
Danielle, Joanie, and Jade were gifts to humanity.
Great Top 3!!!
I still think Danielle n Jade shouldve been top 2 with Danielle still winning.
Jade is the most iconic ANTM contestant ever! She ended up placing third overall in the competition!
she's the worst antm contestant ever. she was insufferable
Please make closed captions available, the deaf and HoH would love to watch your videos, too.

Im starting to like azizi's appearance in your videos more and more✨
I love how the girls automatically messed with their hair after Tyra bitched about the models hair being in front of her ears 16:40
I was looking for this 😂
I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE-
@@Aerylithe ngl I pulled my hair back too
you call this constructive criticism "bitching"? No wonder you kids nowadays can't handle criticism lol.
I think one of the things that frustrates me so much about these is that the girls are not actually told how to improve, just what they're doing wrong. If you're meant to be teaching girls how to be models then TEACH THEM instead of humiliating them. I'm a teacher myself, so maybe it just bothers me a bit more 😉
You can't have confidence on this show, that's Tyra's thing uwu
I'm watching this now and it makes me so mad all over again that they cut off Jade's beautiful hair. Look at that afro and they destroyed it
Not only did they cut it off they dyed it honey blonde😩
I don’t think I, as a young white girl, understood what it was like for a black women to be forced to cut her hair. Black people put blood, sweat, and tears into the care and maintenance of their hair. Such diligent care, only to be carelessly cut off for the whims of some egotistical mean girl and her team. It’s appalling
Her hair was seriously GOALS!! They did it to try and bring down her confidence because how dare she believe in her abilities 🙄
@@breedlejuice8691 Yeah and given that both Tyra and Jay are of Color they should be aware of the special cases with such a hairtype
Can you two try and recreate this shoot, I feel together you could make some gorgeous versions of this and show how to do beauty poses
i found the idea of “Jay ‘Party-Pooper’ Manuel” way funnier than i should’ve
Azizi is really calm and chill and very very pretty, I like her a lot!
"Thanks Tyra I'm Gonna Stay Confident." I'd love to see her reaction if someone said this to her after saying a statement meant to bring them down 😆
If you love Jade (the confident one), you HAVE to react to the episode where they make the commercial with the long walk... I don't know what the episode is called, and I know it may be out of your field of photography, but it was ICONIC. 😂
Oh that was a funny moment for sure.
I found your channel by chance one day by seeing one of your videos in my recommended and ever since I've been obsessed watching all of these. I love how you roast the judges more than the judges roast the contestants-
Low key, I believe jessica could easily be a pro model as well. She has beutiful facial features.
Confidence is good, but if you already think you're the best then you'll never see your flaws and improve. Though I've seen this whole season and am probably bias 😂
I would love for you all to review a later photo shoot from this season where the girls have to portray their dream jobs in a photo shoot.
hey jessica, I have a real question: what are the criteria for someone to say they're a professional photographer?
Someone who makes majority of their income from photography I think 🤔
Cycle 6 is THE most iconic season of the franchise
I’m loving and wanting the comfy outfits I’ve been seeing in these videos😆
both of you are so stunning omg
Jessica, you also look like a professional model, you are totally gorgeous. Thank you so much for these videos, I enjoy your analysis so much, your charisma is huge 🙌🏻🦋
I have never watched his show because it has Tyra. However I am absolutely enjoying watching it through your lens and critique. The way you talk about it everything becomes a learning experience instead of "who is the prettiest" & how pretty can we make woman make
When Tyra starts criticizing the last 2 girls....is she on drugs or something? What's with her face?
I love the spilt screen format! Love your collabs, and your channel ❣😚💕
Jessica did you know they loved how great Nnenna looked bald, they gave it to her for makeover?
@@yukijames1321 Hell ya she did!! ❤️
Hair ties!!!! I remember my first photo shoot with that mistake. Never forgot ever again wanted to trash all the images
Your hair looks beautiful with the highlights!! I love the look
Tyra be like: "oh she has confidence? Better knock her down a peg in case she ends up taking my place"
Sis yall keep bringing it with these videos please!!!!
Danielle is one of my all time favorites 😍 she's beautiful, down to earth, and a damn good model ♥
Lol I really enjoyed hearing the both of your inputs. It’s like we’re all watching tv together 🥰
Can we just appreciate how beautiful Jessica looks with her new hair 😍 like girl you can pull of any look😭
The girl who’s chin they kept going in about was gorgeous - they all are but her face shape was really striking
I love how you are here to support the girls
I came here to lament and instead I got you and Azizi being wholesome.
OMG...the hair tie thing.....I'm a photographer and I literally told a model not to do that two days ago. So relatable
I really thought they were gonna shave all of their heads😭😭😭
I mean, they shaved a few of their heads on a different episode though lol
You can see the cap in the thumbnail tho...
Your chemistry is amazing! You are both amazing and super fun to watch!
Some cool photoshoots you can react to:
Cycle 8- Genders swap (when the girls had to pose like dudes)
Cycle 9- Flowers
Cycle 11- Posing as giants (natural disasters)
Cycle 16- Posing with camels in the desert, also the shopaholics one.
Please keep making videos with azizi, you guys are an awesome duo
Can we all just appreciate the beauty in these two 🙌🏾❤️
I'm always here for Azizi
the way Tyra's struggling to blink cuz of the bangs 😭😭😭
I agree with you Jessica! Ginas photo was sooooo underrated!!! She looks soooo beautiful and innocent!
I wish they didnt crop so close so you could actually see the mannequins.
You both are so pretty and nice and seem so supportive to everyone
Miss Jay talking about the man-e-cants, lol! He was hilarious during this whole show’s run!
Really love the two of you together. It's really interesting having both your different perspectives, and you're both so lovely too!
A lot of these photos turned out really good, the lighting was mainly on point & the makeup/gems mostly worked with the models! I’m no professional but this episode’s pictures were really good, plus having no hair really accentuates the face & I think they did really well with it
Will never understand why you don’t model as well, you’re absolutely stunning 😍😍🥰🥰
I don't want to be all about looks but azizi is so beautiful 😭
Love these! Feels like I'm having a girls night!!! Love the hair color on you Jessica!
You should do a collab with Brad Mondo.... The Tyra makeover reactions are priceless-
I vote for this!
I literally just watched that season, my sister and I are watching all of antm to make fun of it pretty much
JESSICA PLEEEEASE REACT TO:
Season 15 episode 6: where Patrick Demarchelier (one of the worlds greatest photographers) shoot the girls
And Season 6 episode 2: where the models pose on set in the freezing cold with ice
The freezing pool? I think she recently reacted if you didn't catch it
@@Hunter-po5xj no it’s a different shoot
Love 💕 this series Danille and Jade cracks me up
Jessica, you are looking more beautiful by the day 💕💕 The look on those Models faces was priceless.
