Billings families find unlikely solution to dog training at state prison

For many dog owners, training can be a long and challenging process, especially if they don't have the right tools or knowledge. Prison might be the last place you'd expect to find help, however, for some families in Billings, the Prison Paws program at the Montana Women's Prison has been a godsend.
