This year at Aurat March Lahore 2023, we took the opportunity to engage with the men present there. Instead of marching and ensuring full solidarity that women’s fundamental rights are protected, we were met with aggression that put the safety of women at risk ultimately proving why Pakistani women march every year.

Quality content, I think not only men should be part of conversation but the women defining roles in household (mothers, sisters) who influence household behaviors should also be educated and informed.

I'm not aware of such agendas you are talking about but I advocates those who speaks against oppressions of women in society and take part to speak against those who oppress and label every right of human, children, etc as "feminism" and "western agendas" just like few months back govt passed bill against domestic violence. And muslim men lunched campaign against it calling it destruction of family system. And basically they were against the law on abusing wives and children psychologically and physically, giving threats to wives for divorce and second marriage and kicking them out of house...
I have encountered many who are chanting against the bill and their main focus of these points...
The men I usually see against aurat marches (even though I'm not in favour of such matches as they have gone astray) are usually there with these main points that I highlighted above and call it essences of cultural and religious family system (while it is nothing religious to oppress women and children to declare your dominance).
Anyways. Before you go after something you should check the facts and correct the wrongs on your side first.

Women shud start with the actual issues of majority women in Pakistan like their education, share in the inheritance, domestic violence, forceful marriage, child marriage etc.... One march in a year and even in that march women r seen dancing on music gives anti women-march crowd an excuse to diss the whole movement. Women shud go to talk shows and have a serious conversation regarding their rights.
