You should built a second collection system with iron golems on the other site, that way slimes are baited faster to death which increases spawn rate. Right now if a slime spawns on the oppostite site of the golems it needs some time to jump around until it sees and gets triggered by the golems. Weiter so!
he put the fence one block forward which slimes can jump and golem can take damage and die!!! He could've put it one block inside.

@@LevenZ69 mobs cant spawn on torches so it reduses the spawn rate
Integrate jack-o-lanterns as a light source in each platform. Slimes can spawn on jack-o-lanterns but not torches. Having torches limits the spawn area. Also make platforms two more blocks wider than the chunk to make it so walls don’t limit spawn area. Hope this makes sense.
There are two things you can do to improve the farm ratings:
1) Build more layers below, it was an insane farm prior to 1.18, now the rates are about 1/4 of what it used to be
2) Add a second row / column of golems on the opposite side of the farm, so that slimes that spawn on the other side are lured to those golems and die quicker
Also afk 23 blocks away from the hole at y level 22
And light up the ground around the slime farm
The Intro is S Tier. I like the farm as well.
Maybe by moving the Iron golems a bit back, slimes wouldn't get killed before landing on the magma which is kinda the only part of the build that actually stores the slimeballs. Overall is a pretty cool looking farm, and the fact that you built it without any tutorial is actually impressive.

Cool farm! A high up afk spot would do the trick for the rates. Also, as others have pointed out, iron golems on 2 or more sides makes them aggro faster.

If you want more efficient one just make it portal based farm. I mean it has to have nether portals(chunk wide) every second block.

Best thing is to continue to light up caves about 200 blocks in each direction and also light up the surface
Hey dude, don't break the beacon first.
Start breaking from the bottom so u still have a haste 1 effect.
i think that you should add jack o lanterns because as i saw in an sb737 video they stop mobs from spawning and allow only slimes i think *not sure about it*
i looked in google and it says: jack-o-lanterns do allow mobs to spawn on them (so long as they can spawn at any light level). Jack-o-lanters are both solid and opaque, allowing mobs such as slimes and pigmen to spawn on them. Compare this to Glowstone which is solid but not opaque (it is transparent), thus preventing spawning.

Ad a collection system also on the other side. So also the Slimes that are on the other side, are dying. This holds the Mob Cap free and the slimes are spawning even more.

You could replace the torches in the Farm with Jack o Lanterns

Try making an afk platform by 128 blocks high, it works for me efficiently
You should make big farms
That will really attract more people then the videos of use less build
