11:06 It's called a Zombie siege. They happen every now and then in villages of all type
They spawn in even if you have a mob switch too. So theres not really any way (that I know of) to stop them from happening

You can make leads without a mod
@@Nto2009 Leads aren't craftable in Vanilla. But yes you can using a data pack or something. Which isn't a mod

@@floryan3862 Did one better, checked in game. Guess it was something I didn't think was craftable anymore because Slimeballs can be hard to get early game, and Wandering Traders are easy to kill.
Oh well, I was wrong, they're craftable. Oops
Btw, the huge cluster off zombies is a "zombie apocalypse" event. Its kinda rare, and pretty cool to witness

i have to say, this is the best first episode of all hardcore series I've seen in youtube!

objectives for that season :
1. find an ancian city, cover it with wool and collect all the shreakers and sensors. then decorate the city and make a warden cage.
2. make a giant glass bubble around the village and your yous to prevent attacks from mobs and raids
3. make a little ocean monument undrowned-drowned to remember the 2nd season.
4. optain full netherite, beat the dragon 20 times, decorate the end, tke obviously the elytra etc...
5. enjoy you minecraft world.

There is so many hardcore series ive watched were they literally complete the game in the first episode and its so boring and seeing the title i was curious how you were going to get so strong but seeing how you did like it was so logical with just villagers early game im glad you dont think in the start everything has to look pretty i really respect that i have found you im going to be a huge fan i can already tell

i didn't know a farm in the spawning chunks always worked, imma go rebuild my iron farm there!

Doesn't work for all farms, spawn chunks keeps the chunks and entities loaded, but not everything will work, mob farms require players, semi-automatic farms require players, random ticks(grass for sheep farms) require players around. but the farms that work only by being loaded, like iron, honey, smelters will work
@@Tarmin_ oh thx was almost gonna build all my farms there
@@bjarnevangansbeke5375 there is still a benefit to doing it in some farms, for example, I built a tree farm with a TNT dupper. I forgot to turn it off, I unloaded the chunks by flying away, the dupper broke and I had to rebuilt it.
After that I built Ilmango's cobble farm (120k and hour) also with a TNT dupper. I can go away from this one and it will keep producing and also never unload, so it never breaks. I would of course still keep it off to prevent the huge amount of updates and lag it could cause if I were running any other heavy farm
@@Tarmin_ thx bro, i have a lower end pc and i wouldn't want it to explode, and i also don't wanna lose my 1100 day hardcore world
@@bjarnevangansbeke5375 honestly, I have a ~1000 day hardcore world full of farms, and I always keep 2 backups, I just do a new backup after a long AFK session or significant progress has been made in the world and delete the oldest one, this way I always have a backup of the world as it is and one of the world before the last project, so if I screw up and the world crashes and doesn't load because of a big entity lag spike I can always get it back. (I almost had to do this when I tried to barter with 120 piglins at the same time).
