How should you store the uncooked boba pearls? I didn’t hear you talk about how to get different texture of tapioca pearls based on the different cooking time as you mentioned in the beginning of the video.

Yes, that’s correct - the tea base is for making the regular (most popular) bubble tea flavour out there. With the tea base, you can mix and match with many different toppings, and also combine it with other flavours if you want to. 😊 The other flavours are also popular, but they don’t necessarily contain the regular tea base. For example, you can make the Strawberry milk (shown in the video) which does not contain tea, OR, make Strawberry milk tea which does contain tea. For the latter, you can use the regular tea base as the tea. It’s really up to you to customise and have fun with 😄 hope you enjoy mixing and matching

@@zakassaf502Most of the boba being sold here in our area doesn't have tea! They don't know they have to make a tea base. They are just adding milk to the boba
@@samidica that's what was confusing me initially. However, i found a proportion that suited mine and my family's liking and stuck it it since. I enjoyed making my own Boba for a cheaper price more than buying it in store. Cheers!

Yes we do, but we control it between medium-low to medium heat only.
So the tea base is only used for one drink? It just surprises me that Most of these flavors dont even use actual tea in their recipes 🤔
