    Allow me to take a few notes:
    set ups:
    1) push
    - 0:04 push --> snap down (to pull opponent) --> grab armpit with opposite-side arm --> arm drag --> back
    2.1) 2 on 1 & arm drag from the same side of the body
    - 0:31 from 2 on 1 --> slip down same-side arm to wrist --> raise opposite-side arm to tricep --> arm drag --> back
    If the opponent blocks your opposite-side arm by holding the tricep (I didn't know this, it seems to be a counter to the arm drag):
    - 0:54 pull the held arm down while snapping both your arms to break the hold --> arm drag --> back
    2.2) 2 on 1 & arm drag from the opposite side of the body
    - 1:45 from 2 on 1 --> move head and shoulders to the other tricep --> raise same-side arm up by the elbow to remove opponent's hold --> opposite-side arm grabs tricep & same-side arm grabs wrist --> arm drag --> back
    How to arm drag when opponent holds a wrist:
    same-side inside wrist control:
    3) 2:05 move forward foot a bit to the back & backward foot to the side (basically an L-step) --> move same-side arm to the inside to create space --> free opposite-side arm --> opposite-side arm grabs tricep --> arm drag --> back
    If you have opposite-side inside wrist control with one hand while your other hand holds the forearm, while your opponent has same-side inside wrist control:
    4) 2:47 move forward foot a bit to the back & backward foot to the side (basically an L-step) --> move same-side arm to the inside to create space --> opposite-side arm grabs tricep --> arm drag --> back

    Good job coach. You do a great job of lengthening his arm and separating his elbow from his body to create space for your drag.
