Thank you for this video today. A door has recently closed in a church for my husband as a youth and children director. And it is so hard to go through. And just like you said God has clearly closed the door, and you feel it. But it’s not over, Gods work is not over, He is just opening another door. And we’re super sad but we’re excited for what’s next. 😢😊
I know you don't do these videos to receive praise, but I really do admire you and the "why" you do what you do in your calling from the Lord. 🎀💞🙏

I'm so excited about the bible reading plans videos. You say you need rest and I agree Faith, I truly feel you and your family need a break for at least 1 week that you do not think about serving and let us serve you, idk how but whatever you need. Love you Faith and this community you've created its helped me and others so so so much! ❤
I know you need more than 1 week but trying to make you rest doesn't work. I think you should take a month off, but hopefully enjoying the holidays upcoming you can get some rest and enjoy family. You're amazing. P.s. when you took a tiny break to move that doesn't count as a real break because you were working/ moving. I'm an old mother and worry about you and your health. You can just blow off all I've said. ❤
Take a break! Your ministry is HUGE and blessed me so much all ready, even without yet being able to purchase any of your material. I can’t believe how much you’ve done, and your passion and ENERGY. You are so joyful and such an encouragement. I am glad you’re listening to calm down, slow down, take a break. Charge yourself …. Your own oxygen mask first, right? And better now before you end up really spent and tired. Go attend some laundry and enjoy your family !
Thanks for encouragement! I love to remember that Henry Blackeby (sp?) said that asking “God, what do you want me to do?” is not the best question. He suggests saying “God…where are YOU working and can I join you?” You put out so much good content, Faith, and are truly a blessing! 💕

Thank you! This is so encouraging to me in my own walk. Rest is hard... which makes no sense, but anything that requires less of me and more of Him ... well, me gets too tangled in that.
While listening to the beginning of today’s podcast, a quote attributed to Helen Keller came to mind. “When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.” This season’s podcasts have been quite informative, and the guests have been interesting and have given me things to think about. I am sure many others feel the same way, so I can see why you want the season to continue. To me, a Bible Nerd is someone who is content studying the Bible intently and who desires to learn more, because there is always more to learn or to understand. The nudge you are feeling to complete this season and rest up a bit might lead you into unexpected blessings in Season 3 after you take a time of rest.
This video is just what I needed to hear. Funny enough I'm collecting pens from my church's chairs and I dropped a pen at exactly the same time you said, "I'm dropping my cup". Thank you for letting God use you and for following Him the way you do.

I think rest can be the hardest thing to do. I am 57 & still struggle with it. I sometimes think of it as wasteful but it is not. We are human & we are not God. We need to rest & let the Shepherd do his work. Thank you so much for being here. I am learning so so much from you. It is enough.
I’m so glad you’re making room for something else. Just so you know, if you do an occasional interview on UA-cam, you’re an excellent interviewer, Faith. You ask good questions and you listen, giving your interviewees space to answer and expand. Think of all the questions that person never gets asked or ask them, “is there anything I’m not asking you…anything you wish people would ask you?” That always elicits some fun responses. Would still love seeing you interview Dr. Sandra Richter, Peter Grieg, Beth Moore, John Mark Comer, Tyler Staton, Bethany Allen (from Portland’s Bridgetown Church-you’d get along GREAT. Same church as Tyler Staton). Keep up the great work and don’t feel like you have to do it all! :)

Faith, i am so proud of your faith! you have inspired me so much in my journey with The Lord and i am so thankful for God`s Divine Will Guiding me to your channel!!!! You are so anointed with teaching and leading others in God`s Word and i so enjoy tuning into every video that you post! The Lord has recently set forth such a firey passion in me for His Word and i now feel that Seminary School may be where He is Guiding me! i hope that soon, i will be able to afford to at least take one of your courses, because i am so hungry to learn and understand The Word of God! i just hope that you know that we all so appreciate you, and want to see you continue to flourish in God`s Will over your life, and your families lives as well!!! As a mom & wife a lot of what I do seems unseen and I always have 50 million tabs running open in my mind. Thank you for reminding me that it is safe to rest in my Heavenly Father.

Faith, you are a person who I consider to hang the moon ( tongue and cheek of course haha). I look up to you in so many ways. I am at Bible college right now and I have found myself going nonstop and I feel exhausted. God has been nudging me to rest so many times but I feel like I have to keep going. It is comforting to see someone who I consider my hero to acknowledge the need for rest and the struggle it is to stop working. Thank you for the video Faith, the Lord did speak through you❤

This was very much on time! My husband is a Senior Pastor and today just told me he feels it is time to resign from this area of ministry after serving almost 20 years in a pastoral position. This is the second church which we planted. It’s thriving and God has been faithful but I think he is just tired. And as he said, “trying to do more than God would do” in certain situations. I hadn’t gotten on You Tube today but when I logged in said Lord I need to hear from you…He is good and I am trusting that He knows the way we should take.
This season was great! I can totally see why you feel both ways about wanting to continue it but also wanting/being called to take a break! Thanks for saying about picking the Bible Study Guide up! I have not been keeping up with it and whilst I know to not be legalistic about Bible studying, I still want and need to be in the Word ? It's hard to know why I am struggling with it, whether I just need to prioritse it and get up earlier (and go to bed earlier because of that) or if I am in a new season and what I was doing before isn't right for me now and I need to find a new study routine? I have a similar but different problem. I feel like I need to do everything as well, but ai find myself saying “no” because “what do I have to say anyway.” I just started my UA-cam channel and fight this all the time.
Keep A finger on the pulse or gauge the temperature 😉 you just combined em!
An idea: I read the Book of Leviticus every day for 30 days. I asked God what is this about when life no longer includes this. God asked me to look at the people, not the activities. Look at their thoughts and their behaviors toward God, toward each other. 💚💚💚 It changed to focus of my reading. Such a WOW!!!

I grow up see learning to read study the Bible book . I single only read the Bible book . I talk ask my aunt she tell ask my cousin her know . I know . I don't tell. I relationship date find meet man's story .
I noticed that you toned down your eye makeup on your podcasts. Especially the first one when you interview an English gentlemen.
