Great video. Alcohol should be treated like tabacco. I have seen to many young people nowadays who are really addicted to alcohol but hate to admit it. They put themselves and their families at risk. It takes yoy 3 months to sober up and you will not miss it anymore. We need to be more firm about alcohol. In Holland alcohol consumptions is still rising and promoted on television, in advertisement. This was not the case when I was young. Big alcohol and big farma, plus food industry go hand in hand.

Wine and beer are fermented and have a small amount of vitamins and minerals and raise HDL cholesterol levels so a little bit here and there is ok. Cigarettes, candy and soda do not have any of those attributes.

I am watching this at 67 years old and having a beer and remembering that for thousands of years people have been drinking and beer goes way back to old Egypt where they drank it everyday and my ancestors were Scottish, Irish, English and German and these people drank a lot and no cancer so I will not obey your teachings.

Beer is liquid bread. A storage form of calories and nutrients. Cheers to 🍻 beer!

If you're only having a beer then kudos to you, because it takes a lot of self control to stop at one.
Excess calories from an addictive substance is just one of the problems of drinking.
There are a lot of overweight people in the US. Alcohol and the culture of drinking contributes to good Americans becoming obese. If someone can keep their Body Mass Index low and still have a drink, and have a beer here and there, well we're all going to die someday.
The problem is most Americans are fat and sick from eating too much of the wrong things.
Our ancestors worked their asses off in the fields from sunup to sundown. Most died before cancer became an issue.
You don't have to obey anyone.
Just think about things and develop insight about yourself and others and the world we all live in.

Remember, simpletons always look for any excuse to continue bad habits. Also, the life expectancy of ancient humans was like 50yrs. Also, people like you always lie about negative family history. I guarantee you there is 0 cancer in your family, but more likely they die of other things before cancer develops too far. Wake up goofball. Drink water eat plants exercise and sleep!
