Papa Gut editing is really good, I love this very transformative and creative content
In my opinion Papa Gut is an example of what a reaction channel should be. Regularly stops the video to provide his opinion and insight that (in my mind anyway) absolutely constitutes transformative content
I also like how he is not usually a fence sitter, I either agree or disagree with papa gut, never really confused on his stance
I’d watch papa even if he didn’t show the video cause a old guy rambling and playing video games is a very niche format
Let’s hope Ethan realises how dumb Hassan is when he’s not debating his chat

13:04 I think some would argue that your content or political content is transformative regardless of what people say because no one is watching a youtuber have a conversation about another youtuber as a substitute for the original video. If it can be classified as a substitute then it’s not transformative. And that’s where the conversation comes in with VOD rips on twitch and UA-cam. Because then that person is arguably stealing views from the other video. They would watch the original video but they happen to find xQc first.
I wonder if Ethan is now questioning more of Hasans political takes, seeing as how he is so hypnotical here.
I think what Papagut is not understanding is that Muda and Ethan are not attacking react content as a whole. They are attacking the bad actors in the space who are abusing the label of react to just steal content.
I've tuned out of this whole fair use thing, we bring this issue back up every year like it's its own season. I'm just here to see Hasan walk a tightrope as if the whole h3 staff bouta jump him in the alley after he leaves the studio if he chooses the wrong dialogue option

It would be smart if someone like ssssniper wolf to record some preset “reacts” like shocked pikachu face , some “woahs” “that’s wild!” Etc… and then just insert that in her videos. Maybe do a couple takes with different outfits and your good to go. Millions in the bank while galavanting across the globe! 🤔

Ethan almost had his entire career destroyed over fair use. He literally set president IN COURT about fair use. His name is IN the law books about fair use. He has a million reasons to genuinely care about this topic and get frustrated with what Hasan is saying.

@@ascarcelle1 XQC literally hit up Ethan about this challenging him to the debate. H3H3 didn't come hunting for the guy. Ethan is also still active on the same platforms as XQC and is thus affected by somebody as large as XQC using the platform in controversial ways.
