As for the issue with pressure on the quads doing lying curls, could you put a pad or folded up yoga mat or something on the seat to provide some more cushion for the quads? Would that help? That is what I do when doing lying leg curls off my bench using low cables and ankle straps and it helps me a lot!
@@killerkhatiby009 That might help but it really isn't so bad to me. I have a few clients who tried to make a big deal out of it but they're getting used to it now.
@@UsawaFitness I think all the way back I had full rom but that position is just too uncomfortable for me. Lol. Using the machine without the stopper pin works great for me.

One negative is I can't get a full stretch doing leg extensions with the stopper pin installed. I have to take it off in order to get full rom.
