Aw this is a blessing to see in and of itself and after I quit smoking a few weeks ago and began donating plasma I have had the courage to look at my health like NEVER BEFORE. I am very unfit and overweight at just over 200 pounds as a 5’7 female. I live in a bad area and promised myself after an intimidating encounter with a man on my last walk that I was done going outside. I needed to find a way to improve my cardio indoors. And I just today ordered the Sunny Mini Stepper which is how I found your channel. I am so glad I did. I have cleaned up my diet except for sweets which I feel totally overwhelmed by cravings for. I thought yesterday I just need to be prepared and include them on my meal plans for the day. I k ow all our tastes are different but I wanted to ask you if you have any recommendations for people who feel they need something sweet while working to lose weight? The stair stepper is a great tool! I like Fresh fruit, berries, Greek yogurt, sweet potatos and dark chocolate to name a few. Unfortunately the bodybuilding markets are riddled with commission referrals, if they are making money from your referral then skip it, never take advice when commission is involved, if it has an Amazon link with a referral code walk on by, same with anything like Protein drinks, etc, just eat good and lift just lighter than your max, that's it
@@damien.crowther He's right subs. There are people who will missed you in life and people who won't. Be careful and do your homework before you make any major purchases. Also judge the character of people in the comments the same way you judge the character of content creators. Read there words and then judge there character.

Is it safe to leave these adjustable dumbbells outside/outdoor? I plan on covering them with a Dumbbell Rack Cover. Will they get ruined?

I heard that the uprights on the M4 are NOT 14g steel, bend easy and make it unusable
They are aluminum on the M4 so if you do something goofy like try to put some jammer arms on it or something you're definitely at risk of messing up your smith machine but I've had mine for over a year and a half and I use it daily with multiple people and I haven't had any issues but it's definitely something to be aware of.
I'm buying one for my bday next week! 🎉

Is there a difference between the square upright on the M7 and the round uprights on the M4 in terms of smoothness and travel of the plate holders for the cable system?
The M4 feels slightly smoother to me. I'm not sure if it's because it's been pushed so much more or if it's really a thing.

I just ordered the M4 and now wish I had seen the M7.
@@DaMang01 I really wouldn't second guess that to much. Each has its ups and downs but they are both really good. The 2:1 makes the M4 awesome and the Leg attachment makes the M7 but each is a trade off. That M4 served me well!
