Thinking about buying a Speediance Gym Monster? Watch this FIRST! I'm revealing a critical issue with the base model: it DOESN'T include the essential adjustable weight bench. Using a non-compatible bench is dangerous! Plus, buying the Speediance bench separately will cost you a shocking $590 - a price that's WAY too high for the quality you get. And without the bench, you'll lose access to sev...

Awesome. I have a different brand. I've had surgery on both knees. Not being critical but locking the knees when doing this will cause injury. I talked to my knee surgeon and that was his advice. Otherwise she is doing an amazing job. Happy rowing everyone.
@@Realnotfake55 Thank you for the tip! 🙏🏾
@UsawaFitness you're very welcome.
Is there a dedicated review video for the Buffalo coming soon?? I know there are workout videos on the channel but haven't seen a separate just review for this machine yet!
@@killerkhatiby009 I'm sorry. My channel is a little different. I try to use the equipment for several weeks before I drop my review. We've formed our impressions though so I'll be reviewing this one soon.
They had a 45lb one at a auction I bidded on I bought it going to try it out today!
@@vender500 That's a heavy one! Be careful with any overhead wrist intense exercises. Congrats!
I know your a good trainer cause max is in good shape
@@javierreinoso1144 Thank you! 🙏🏾
Yowza!! You are killing Max!!!
I train in my garage and live in the San Francisco Bay Area so it never gets too cold or too hot relative to other areas. In the winter the garage will be around 55 degrees without heat and I don’t like lifting under 65 degrees so I’ll preheat with an infrared heater for about 5 hours. I’m going to try one of those oil heaters
After getting a second Infrared heater I'd rather go with the two. It's actually been way better then the oil situation. I did an updated video on this.
@ I also do Bikram hot yoga at home when I can’t get to the studio and I found the best infrared heaters are the open face ones
@thepsychopimp I love Bikram! I haven't gone back since COVID but I'm about to re-up my membership! 😊
This camera man knows his job.
Man Vern if you could do a bunch of different “perfect form” for all exercises, videos that would be excellent! 👍

Noted. Gym Monster or general gym workouts?
@@UsawaFitness As a GM2 owner - I'd prefer Gym Monster workout videos! Thanks!
@ColeCandler-f9g I've got you! That's amazing feedback. I've been trying to figure out if anyone liked this kind of content. How are you looking the GM2 so far?
Great video. I didn't know the difference while working out on my Ripfit 2.0 all the high pulley exercise was too easy and light now i know why. I will now be adding more weight for sure.
@@CoachDarren I'm glad it was helpful. Thanks for commenting.
I appreciate the detailed review. The bench measurements were important. I am 6 ft. tall and weigh 235 lbs. I will not be jumping on it, so it just may be the home gym bench for me. 👍✌😀
@@kickaxe6577 I'm glad it was helpful. I've got a comparison video with about 5 benches that you might find helpful too.
I got one. I like it.
@@patriciaalexander9751 Right! I have a few rowers but I've kept that one over here.
What are your thoughts on the M4 Smith machine where the bar hooks pins VS the M7 Smith machine where the bar hooks holes in the uprights? It looks like turning the bar to hook holes in the uprights would be way more difficult as if you turn and miss a hole you hit the flat of the upright and bounce back vs a traditional smith machine where you turn the hook and if you miss the pin you will just catch the next lower pin!
How do you know if you're getting the updated version? I was looking at purchasing on amazon.
The newer version doesn't have that little side stand for Olympic Plates.
SWEET!
@@nielcorrier8851 Thank you
Great review! Looking at buying my first power rack. I was about to purchase the ritfit M1 Pro or the major fitness drone 2 and then I saw this review. 🤦🏾♂️ Decisions decisions!
Lol. I know the struggle! 🤣
How much more smoother is the rit fit m1 2.0 than the mikolo m4?? I have a coupon to purchase the m4 at $650 and the ritfit 2.0 for 950 not sure if its worth the $300 pricetag difference?
@@rxmarlo2303 It's definitely smoother but also definitely not $300 smoother. These cages are very similar. I love the M4 and I don't think either of these machines is going to disappoint you.
@ thank you very much!
I'd still go for the RitFit mainly because it has a better smith machine that can get way lower and allows for things like hip thrusts, deadlifts, rows, etc... which you can't really do on the M4 without standing on a pretty high platform or something. Also, the front uprights have been called into question on the M4 where they are not as thick as advertised and may not even be steel. The M4 does have more convenient plate storage on the side vs the rear (just don't use bumpers since they'll block the cable system) and comes with the leg holders for pulldowns, but overall, I'd go for the RitFit if you can afford it: ua-cam.com/video/hjRM_RntIck/v-deo.html
@@killerkhatiby009 thanks man
Definitely a fan! You do a great job reviewing new equipment! Keep it up!
@@lakeshialassiter5250 I appreciate you and that comment. Thanks for the encouragement!

@@K_vid47 Thank you for this feedback. I'm still 100% committed to the reviews but I'm trying something new and I'm hoping you guys aren't put off by it. I'll be doing showing how we actually use the things I review for a significant amount of time before I review em.
I thought was a Key and Peele segment!! 🤣
@@Person-mh6xq 🤣
I'd pay more for a heavier gauge of steel. 14 guage is too thin. 11 guage is better. Also 2" is not ideal thickness.
@@colonalklink14 Only 1% of humans can bench 225 lbs. 9 gauge steel is overkill for most home gyms.
@@colonalklink14 11 gauge excuse me
@@UsawaFitness Why limit yourself? I'm 55 years old and I can do 245 lbs.
Yeah man we're the and age and I lift around the same. All I was trying to say is that 14 gauge steel is usually rated for at least 800lbs. So most little aren't going to need commercial grade steel in there home gyms. I mainly focus on budget friendly gear here on my channel.
Awesome 😎 💪💪💪💪

@@UsawaFitness I knew who you ment 🤣Whats up with those 55lb red and blue bumper plates from Rit fit? I can't find them on their website.
@bigk2080 Man their prototypes. They handed em out to some of us for feedback and I had a little but hopefully they drop soon.
@@UsawaFitness Thank you 👍
Thank you for sharing this. I have been trying to see how well it looks and feels while you work out. Great training, right there. I work out in my basement. And my ceiling is 8' max. Also, what type of leg machine do you have? And how's the quality?
Hey coach I'm sorry for not replying to this sooner! All of the Smith Machines I've reviewed will fit nicely in your basement but this one of actually the shortest of all of them although it's a 3x2" Smith Machine so it's a bit sturdier. I have the RitFit Leg Press/Hack Squat and it's great. We use it all the time but mine is noisy and I'm not really sure why. Im going to upgrade to the Gazelle because we the plate holders aren't wide enough to hold the amount of weight they we would most like to load.
💪🏾
Thank you sir!
And boy do we need this. Thanks Vern.
@@michaelburns5629 you're welcome! Thanks for watching.
Mikolo M4 vs Ritfit ?
The one you get the better deal on. Those two are pretty much the same.
Huge problem: like other benches in this category, it's way too narrow for a "bench-press bench"! IPF standards are twelve inches wide. This bench is around ten inches wide. I definitely would NOT use that bench for the bench press!
If I remember correctly it's 11 inches but we benched on that thing for a year. I guess if you have one of those Thanos backs it might be an issue but we've never had one. 😊
I am looking for the review on this has it come out yet and I am just not seeing it?
@@red23october23 not just yet. We've used it long enough to form a solid opinion so I'll be dropping the review within the next 7 days.
Awesome! Thank you. I am looking to buy either this one or the M1 Pro for my home gym in a couple weeks. I appreciate all you do!
Can you please do a review which you like better the RitFit M1 pro vs Buffalo
Yes I can do that after the Buffalo review.
Brother you are speaking truth. I have had my Sunny rack for years i even added the rear cable attachment and i love it. But the holes is the bad part can't add other attachments unless made by sunny. I might have to depart with it and get another rack. I need holes in different area codes... lol 😂
Thanks for watching man. I also appreciate you confirming what I was talking about.
Let’s go man 😎🆒💪💪💪💪🆒💯💯💯
Thanks
Great video. I’m trying to add the cable crossover to my rack like you did. Can you send me the part list along with the part list on the quick connect? Thx
Yes I can. Please email me at info@usawafitness.com
Can the pull-up bar be flipped around on this? For lower ceilings
I didn't think so but another subscriber mentioned they could be.
Got them boys form on point bro! How ya like the Buffalo?
@@kristoffermiller4401 🤣 man I love it. The pull-up bar leaves a little to bedesired but overall I like it.
@UsawaFitness it's a beauty! I got my M1 put together and love it. Definitely coveting those aluminum pulleys and gonna try to find some after markets. But dude that Buffalo is a beast!
Thank you for touching on the smith machine. I could not find anyone who was talking about o low the smith bar could go until i found you. I use them for hip thrusts so its important to me, thanks!
