Hyosung GT250R carburettor disassemble

I got a second hand GT250R carb and decided to record the strip down with a breakdown of all the parts and issues I have had so far, owning a GT250R 2006 Hyosung.
FYI I am not a mechanic but I have learned a lot stripping down and rebuilding the carb on my bike.

Get a magnetic tray to hold your screws together.

I got same bike and Carby I cleaned my Carby now front cylinder not working I think it's a Carby problem or spark plug problem what do you think great video

Hi rob, you sure the bigger main jet goes to the front and smaller to the rear? my bigger jet is to the back of the bike and smaller to the front. wondering now if mine has been tampered with, cheers mate.

Was the bike stalling out as if it was not getting enuff fuel ? I’m having the exact same problem

if the RPM drops down when you blip the throttle, usually good sign of pilots clogged

Where did you order from because I need to replace the cluster also because my fuel gauge does not work .

Mate I have the same problem. getting a fuel sender for this model is near impossible

4:34: What's this part? I can't seem to find the screw head, I only touched mine and it snapped whilst inside the barrel for some reason must have been corroded badly.
