Like the previous battle, Takaya have 3 phases at all and you cannot skip any of them. Phase 1 and Phase 2 not a big problem. If you have omnipotent orb, you'll block almost thing he does except Megidolaon.
Be careful at phase 3, even with 99 Endurance, he almost one-shot my Helel so make sure to equip Enduring Soul/Endure and fully heal before switching phase.
