This video was incredibly helpful, I passed my test today and used this video in the lead up numerous times to keep myself familiar with the route. Won't hesitate to reccomend you as an instructor, just for the content here alone - thanks a million!!
Just passed my test YESTERDAY, first time. Although the route I took isn't covered here as far as I could tell (wasn't routes 1-4 anyway) I did find that going over all your routes helped a great deal, even the act of watching you drive and how I should be doing it sort of ironed out some of the bad habits I'd developed. If I was doing it all over again I absolutely would be contacting you guys for lessons. If I was to give advice to anyone I would say as well as doing the routes here, don't be afraid to just veer off the route sometimes and do a few of the other roads in the surrounding area, drive heads-up and don't assume anything. Thanks for uploading, really helped me pass this.
I just passed my driving test at Dun Laoghaire today on my first attempt. I finished my reduced EDT only a few days ago and was pretty stressed about the test, but watching all your videos these last two days really helped build my confidence, so thank you and keep up the amazing work!!!
Super thanks to your video in Dun Laoghaire, I pass the test today at first time🎉 All your video are helpful to achieve the tester requirement. Thanks again, and my test route is new and many uphill test included turnabout / hill starts and reverse, take a note ,fellows !! My test time is 3:30pm and to busy in Road, be patient if you are jam in the road. Also I get grade 2 that I haven’t shut my door tightly in “technical checks”! Be careful although it is a minor fault. Good luck pals
@@admdrivingschool5033 And forgot to thanks you always ” Gosho”, it remind me every moments of Reverse/ Moving off and turn about! Easy remember but it is so important! Appreciate for your effort! 💐
About speed limits in the estate - you are absolutely right, it has to be 30, and it is 30, all over the country, and all over the Dublin... Except Dan Laoghaire :) Nobody knows why (I mean, I have an idea that the guy from the city council responsible for that just doesn't give a ****), but the thing is, if you drive less than 30 in the estate in the Dan Laoghaire during your driving test, you're going to be marked for progression. Or at least you should be.
I passed my test in dun laoghaire with 4 grade 2s. I didn’t even get taken on a roundabout! The test changed to the rochestown hotel last minute but the routes were still the same. Thanks for the videos
Video idea for you pal: a full detailed description of how to use the Walkinstown roundabout properly from every exit. 3 lanes 6 exits...thing is an absolute nightmare because nobody uses it properly 😂
Hi, At 7:17 do you have to stop at the solid line before turning right? And at 8:34 you crossed the hatched markings to turn right, is this not a fault because we're meant to drive into the gap provided and only then turn right? Also, most estates in this area are 50km/h, failed my first test because of progress as I was going 30 because it felt safer! Only found out afterwards when I looked up the route on Google Maps Many thanks
Your videos are brilliant, both my sons are learning to drive at the moment and we've nearly come to blows at this stage. 😵 Can I ask, if there are no speed signs when entering a road in a built up area and you stick to 30km but it's actually 50km, could they grade you for lack of progress?
Hey bud thanks. For the comment. 🤣🤣 go easy on each other we don’t want any scraps when we are learning. All depends bud. If you mean built up with traffic you can only go as fast as the car in front.
Athlone I don't like because %90 no pass . But if you want help your students ican show you all roads I know everywhere because I live Athlone You can contact me

30 in a 50 is a grade 2 all day if the tester feels you’re not keeping up with the car in front of
sir i noticed like me you are spinning steering wheel while car is at rest during 3 pt turn, is this okay or we will get grade 2 for this
I got the car rolling first and this video will explain all

That is a very dangerous reverse around a blind corner
Ah yea some times that’s what you have to do
Does anyone know for sure if the speed limits in those estates are 30 or 50?
Ask your instructor he will better. Why are you watching Naas and dun laoghaire?
@@admdrivingschool5033 I'm training to be an instructor myself so trying to learn the routes! Thanks for the vids!
Hey bud WhatsApp me 0852077139
Is that a stop line at 7:17
That is a funny line alright I didn’t even notice that but there wouldn’t be a stop line on a straight road like that.
omg! this route is tough 😂😂😂
