Hi Ron, yes I remember the Samsung phones that caught on fire, I had one and had to return it. I don’t trust putting phones on charge overnite, don’t trust them not to catch on fire.
Hi Phil, I think that when I get the new battery installed in my phone, and I'm thinking about doing it myself, I'll come up with a different way of charging it. Instead of using my wireless charger maybe I'll just use the usbc connection. 🤞
I had that swelling happen to a tablet and my wife's phone did the same thing. It is from being on the charger to long. You would think the device would be designed to self protect.
Hi Jim, Yes, that's really too bad. I was talking to Lorraine just a little while ago, and she was mentioning that he is starting to feel a bit better and is able to get some sleep now. Apparently he had a bad night. He'll bounce back. He's one tough old bird. 🤞
