Thanks Josh - I'd suggest "Brothers in Arms", "When a Man Loves a Woman", "Listen to the Music", "How Great Thou Art", "Take Me Home Country Roads", and "Helplessly Hoping". You're going to be amazed at the harmonies and the quality of the videos. They're ridiculously talented. 🖤🍟
Since you mentioned not expecting Rob to sound the way he did, plus how many genres Home Free is capable of, perhaps it's time to wander over to Austin Brown's channel and check out 'Nessun Dorma'. 🤯🤨!
As far as I can tell, this was their first video after the Sing Off. In fact, basically their first video together. The first in the "5 guys standing in a field/room/studio" series.
Lol alot of people say they look like regular guys you wouldn't expect those sounds to come out of their mouths lol. You might not be an Opera fan but you should really check out Austin and Robs video of Nessun Dorma. It's on Austin Brown's channel. It just proves that there's nothing they can't do. Great reaction ❤️
They are so good! The harmonies and Adam Rupp’s beatboxing is amazing! If you haven’t already, react to the Butts Medley. You will have all of us Home Fries watching it with you. It’s a humorous side of them😮 Great reaction 🎉 I love Home Free😊
Love this older one from Home Free (2014). They all look so young especially Austin. Love the scatting that Austin does. And Adam Rupp blows me away with his fabulous beatboxing as usual. These guys are infectious. Love all their different personalities. They make me smile.
Another good one from the earlier stuff that doesn’t get reviewed very often is Wagon Wheel/Song of the South. You would also get to hear Rob, the cool beard guy take the lead. I love your thoughtful reaction comments. I’ll keep coming back for more. Thanks!
Great reaction!! If you want to check song that each member takes lead here a list: Austin Brown : When A Man Loves A Woman,Listen To The Music,Save The World (Original) Rob Lundquist: End Of The Road ,Blue Ain’t Your Colour ,Spaceship Tim Foust : Hillbilly Bone, Brothers In Arms ,Snow Globe ( Original) Chance: Can’t Out Run You ,Some Girls Do, Dive Bar Saints (Original) Adam does not sing often but check one of his “Drum” solos For 5 part harmonies: Helplessly Hoping All their songs are amazing as I told you on your first reaction 😊🍟
I think this was their first video, right after the Sing-Off. There are so many songs to recommend. Brothers In Arms for Chance and Tim. Bless The Broken Road for Rob. When A Man Loves A Woman for Austin. Workin' For A Livin' for some Adam. After you've learned the members and their vocal roles, Mayday. (The experience will be so much better if you wait!)
Consider reacting to something more current like Listen to the Music or Brothers in Arms. I love their early stuff but their creativity, voices & arrangements have only improved with time.
Love this one. Home Free is so normal it almost makes you mad how good each one is so talented in their own right. They just have a way of doing their thing and you not only want more, you don't even much mind its stuck in your head. They have a brand new album of mostly originals I believe . But if you haven't done it yet, any of Adam Rupp's Drum Solos, Anything from their Quarantine Album..so many. "Some Girls Do " is a great one, "Sold" is a great one, "Workin for a Living" "Listen to the Music" They have a couple hundred videos now so there are choices!
I have said this many many times! It’s great to hear them get the credit they deserve and to have their true talents recognized! They make everything look so errorless when in fact that isn’t the case with what they are doing, but they kill it every time! Love your reaction and looking forward to many more! I’m here for it!
You really want to see what they can do, check out "Can't Stop The Feeling"...yes, a Justin Timberlake song and used in the Trolls movie. They do a great job with it and show they can do any genre. Plus in that one, there is a great break down showing who is making which sound. They also did a Country Fried Pop Medley that is so incredibly fun!
The variety of different styles, genres, mood they bring to the table is incredible. They will hit you hard in the feels with some of their more serious stuff and have you laughing out loud at some of their light hearted stuff. (They don't take themselves too seriously. Their music? Yes. But themselves not so much) Comedy, romance, drama. You name it, they bring it. Some of my favorites of theirs are: Blue Ain't Your Color, Folsom Prison Blues, Unchained Melody, The Driver, Listen To The Music, Brother, Moonshine, on You Tube and Ain't Goin' Down Til The Sun Comes Up on Facebook. I'm especially a fan of Adam Rupp's beat boxing/vocal percussion and his drum solo from 2015 (red plaid shirt) is mind blowing. There are a bunch of more recent ones that are even more phenomenal but that one showcases his insane talent and skill even early on. Great reaction!
I’ve subbed to join you on your Home Free journey. You react and the home fries will come and support you. I’m not sure we ever get tired of watching a new reactor discover Home Free. We’re worth thousands of subscriptions. Enjoy
Austin scatting in this song is everything. He's the real deal. It's my favorite part to sing along to. People think I'm that crazy lady in the pickup truck, singing, scatting along with him. Life is short, people! You have to find time to sing (and scat)!
They have been doing this for a long time and it's pretty much perfection now. They can do anything, any genre but they were on a show called "The Sing-Off" which is a talent show with judges and it was for acapella groups and they won it in season 4 and the producers for that show wanted to spotlight them as a country acapella group so that's what they got a response to and went with, and a couple of them are from southern states even though the group formed in Minnesota. So they do a bit of country, but with a beatboxer instead of banjos and I never cared for country music, but this is unique and something I really do like. They add their own style to everything they do and it always turns out awesome.
This is one of their earliest videos. Just 5 regular guys who sing like angels. You might try a recent venture into opera. Just Rob and Austin doing Nessun Dorma. It's on Austin's solo channel.
They look like nice ordinary guys and they are REALLY nice ordinary guys. They interact with fans all the time. Their concerts are parties. They have not one ego between them. They are goofy, respectful and still in awe of their devoted fan base while we are in awe of their incredible ability. Thanks for the review. Subbed.
If you were impressed with Rob (voice of an angel, beard of a real man) listen to him and Austin trying to sing opera (search Rob Austin Nessun Dorma). Or listen to them all imitating a pipe organ on Brothers in Arms.
Thanks for reacting to this song. The guys did a great job with the song. Then a little goofyness showed up at the end to make sure Austin knew "It's all over". So many songs have been suggested and they are all really well done. When time allows try...9-5 with beatboxing breakdown...it is from a concert and is a bit of what the guys all can do. Thanks again.
What always fascinates me from this video is that they do a lot of close ups of Adam while beatboxing and you can see just how defomed his throat and jaw muscles are. He just blows me away
I have been following them for a long time and they are a bunch of relaxed dudes that are serious about their music. Let me highly recommend that you go back and look at the covers they did during their time on "The Sing Off", which they won. You will be able to see the progression of them and their arrangements, production quality and the lot go through the roof over time, so try not to let it take your focus off the music. You won't be disappointed by them...pretty sure of that. Great reaction and can't wait to see what you will do next.
Lovin' your channel, especially the Home Free reactions. Thank you for the joy. May I suggest "Working for a Living" a Huey Lewis cover, it's a great fun one! Home Free steals your heart.
Yes, this is an old one. Chris was in the group back then too (with ball cap). He and his brother Adam, the beatboxer, founded the group in 2000 in college. Chris left the group in 2016 and was replaced by Chance. Try Adam Rupp Drum Solo (2015). He’s amazing and it’s just him and the microphone. That will give you a sense of how immensely talented he is. Also try Brother, Helplessly Hoping, So Long Dixie (with guitar). I subscribed!
This is an old one. They have grown and really expanded their talents. They have originals written by them, and they have grown. Chris Rupp Adams brother the beatboxer the man in the cap left and been replaced by Chance. They are deep rabbit hole with not a bad one in the bunch. Check out Listen To The Music, Brothers In Arms, Original one called Dive Bar Saints, Butts medley. Just to name a few. You will gain a ton of followers. Home Fries are loyal.
You can't sit still with this song! Avicii was good. But Home Free can also do something about it!! At least it's not an insult to the song. The lead is great again, but I really like the background vocals. And then those young faces!! Fantastic!
If you want to keep exploring the many different styles they adopt (and also want a good laugh along the way), I suggest you give "The Butts Remix" a try. I always love seeing people react to that one.
Love your HF reactions and you’ve gotten a lot of requests already. They are just a normal group of guys 😂 consider reacting to Country-fried pop Signed new sub
Other older videos are the 'Hunter Hayes Medley" and "Country Fried Pop Medley. When you get a chance watch the live video called "9-5 beatboxing breakdown" - they all beatbox. There is also a series called "From the Vault" - the behind the scenes filming of their videos. Episode 1 is the filming of "Try Everything". Watching this series, I think the people doing the filming must think they're herding stray cats.
I enjoyed your reaction to this.i suggest Angelina Jordan's versions of this song. She and Alicia were good friends. She sang it shortly after he died. It is a very effective tribute. It is almost as though avicci wrote it for her to sing as a tribute.
Rob has a very angelic voice. If you want a good one with Rob try End of the Road (Boys ll Men). I don't know if you know but Adam Rupp taught himself how to beatbox by videos. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.

There is so many wonderful performance surprises in store for you. I love "Helplessly Hoping."
Listen to "In the blood" and "Hillbilly Bone"
Since you mentioned not expecting Rob to sound the way he did, plus how many genres Home Free is capable of, perhaps it's time to wander over to Austin Brown's channel and check out 'Nessun Dorma'. 🤯🤨!
Yesss! 💯💯
Yes, yes, yes!!!
Yess!!Yes!!
As far as I can tell, this was their first video after the Sing Off. In fact, basically their first video together. The first in the "5 guys standing in a field/room/studio" series.

Most talented men you're ever going to see these men have it all.. They are are all rolled up into one talented group. Home Free are my Boys 💓💓💓🏡🆓🏡🍟.

Agree! Lol, they've came so far with their videos, and their voices. They were outstanding 10 years ago, and nothing short of brilliant now!
Aren't they so fun?! So humble & down to earth. Oh, & super talented is a huge understatement! 👏 😍😍
Great reaction! One of my favorites by Home Free is their version of Can't Stop the Feeling.

All their songs are amazing as I told you on your first reaction 😊🍟

Killed it. Wow. Adam is one if not the best beat boxer on the planet.
helplessly hoping is other worldly, one of the best covers of any song I have ever heard

I agree Diane

This is a older cover of theirs! Adams brother Chris is in this one! They have grown so much since this one!

This is one of my favorites!! So few reactors do this one. These guys are some of the funniest and most down to earth guys ever.

Check out “Try Everything”
My favorite things about this vid is getting the close ups of Adam beat boxing and Austin’s scat or yodeling (whichever it is).
Rob has a very angelic voice. If you want a good one with Rob try End of the Road (Boys ll Men). I don't know if you know but Adam Rupp taught himself how to beatbox by videos. Enjoyed watching your reaction to this song.
:)
✌🏻😎👍
Listen to How Great Thou Art in Europe mountains!
This is so old - their newer stuff is so great and much more professional. There new album is great - So long Dixie but in between that and this beginner are amazing songs. Do all genres, not just country.
Listen to MayDay, So long Dixie.
