Your beautiful authenticity came through very clearly in this video, if I may say so. You were doing well at not masking in your litany for 2025. I too find cleaning to be almost meditative. The simple repetitive actions coupled with the tangible sense of wellbeing it creates mean it is not for me a menial chore, but a joy. May I wish you a calm, intentional and healthy 2025. 🙏

Thank you, Anja for another beautiful and calming video. I had very stressful end of the year, I went through intensive trauma therapy and I started hallucinating from the stress it caused, I am mother to three year old daughter and she is my main motivation to hopefully gain my health back. Your videos help me so much to relax even if for a while. Thank you again and I wish you a year full of peace and calm❤
