Recipe is good undoubtedly. That too without egg. But please don't call this "SHUDHH SHAKAHARI". Shudhh shakahari dishes do not have onion garlic in them. These two things although grown like any other vegetables but they are known as tamasik food. That is why when we offer shakahari food to God ( usually in Hindu household) , Brahmins or on any other rituals or bhandaras, we do not use onion and garlic. As food has to be SHUDHH SHAKAHARI.
This can be considered as vegetarian/ shakahari food..

उसमे नॉन वेज शब्द का उपयोग या तुलना नही होनी चाहिए
रेसिपी का नाम अच्छा सा दिया जा सकता है
आप ही सोचिए यदि आपकी रेसिपी के अनुसार वेजिटेरियन रेसिपी बनाते भी है तो
उन्हे आपके शब्द अंडे की तरह स्वाद लगेगा अंडे की तरह दिखेगा
आप ही सोचिए
वेजिटेरियन को अंडे जेसी दिखने वाली रेसिपी बनाने की क्या जरूरत हैं प्लीज वेजिटेरियन रेसिपी में अंडे या नॉनवेज शब्दो का नाम या तुलना नही करे🙏
