Hi Chef Ranveer, Thank you. Yesterday, while cooking roasted chicken curry, I mistakenly put Jeera powder, instead of Garam masala and that gave me a mini heart attack. It became hell bitter n I was about to throw it n re-start. Then I thought carefully n remember u mentioned once that caramelized sugar can balance Jira. I added jaggery n my curry turned very delicious. Very happy to see my journey of cooking is also maturing n reason.. of course you.. big fan.

This is by far the simplest and the (most) awesomest recipe I have made over 5-6 times, every time it turns out to be finger-licking good, my friends wait when will I share it with them next. Ranveer please share more simple recipes for paneer, other veggies.. tired of spending 1.5-2 hours to cook curries to perfection with the order and so many ingredients..
It's was an eye opener.. flavours never gets infused in eggs..few years ago I saw in train pantry car they just prepared a basic tomato onion gravy...then they put boiled eggs for those who wanted egg curry & paneer for those who wanted paneer masala..you can put mashroom in same curry to get mashroom masala

Thanks for another well- explained recipe! By the way, you can thicken recipe with the existing 10 ingredients only. You can add one half boiled egg to the recipe towards end and it will help thicken gravy. At my place, watery gravies are strongly detested and so found this method very useful. As you said, no flavours penetrates in eggs, so I cut them in halves before adding to the curry. Yes, kind of mashes up in gravy and is not as good-looking, but it makes eggs slightly more flavourful. Baki beauty add karne ke liye dhaniya hai na 😊
