    Looks great! I hope the code is well structured, some of the current Godot demos are quite quick-and-dirty to just highlight the feature they're demonstrating. It would be really great if this TPS demo could serve as a good example of what Godot's developers think is best practice in terms of how to structure a game.

    this looks fantastic! I only started to look into godot a few days ago and I keep finding things that make me so excited about it and it's future. It has a lot of points that make me believe it can be a much nicer tool to build games with than unity, and that you can make games of this quality is very promising

      In Godot 3 you can spend about 3 minutes flipping some switches on that make your game look leagues ahead of 99% of Unity games. How will closed-source engines ever recover?

    • @favkisnexerade
      @favkisnexerade 6 років тому +4

      Some people biased about open source thinking it''s bugged always cause no-one cares, and they think that if something is close-sourced it's bug-free or gonna fix bugs soon.

    This Godot Engine demo is really amazing ...! The graphics are very similar to those of the 2016 Doom engine.
    Really Godot Engine is the best open source product (MIT) that exists and a worthy rival to Unity, IdTech, Cry Engine and Unreal Engine ...
    Definately Godot Engine has an infinite potential; perfect for INDIE developments ...
