    I have eaten Trini coconut chutney and it is amazing! Mmmm curry duck 😋👍🌟

    My mom does hers slightly different. She roast the pieces parched black and scrapes it under running water. Same seasonings but she adds pimento as well. Charring Makes for a more smoky nutty flavor

      Xavi C, my mum makes it like your mum does, and she grate the coconut on a box grater then she grinds it on a seal (spelling), you know the big iron stone so the coconut would get very fine. How she does it, it's so delicious.

      Gosh honestly maybe just a 2-3 days... never left it longer than that

    Should off rosted out the brown skin and if you think it roast too dark all you do is scrape off, but ur version look easier .
