- Donald Trump has been escorted off stage by the Secret Service after apparent gunfire rang out at a rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Video appears to show Trump ducking behind the lectern and being covered by agents. Photographs showed him with blood on his face.

I’m not sure, if you listen to the audio carefully, you can hear one of the Secret Service yelling “shooters down”. Or maybe I miss heard that
I’m guessing there’s a bunch of very quick protocol that they are trained to deal with that we don’t see or hear in these situations, from our perspective.
The training that those people do is intense and I’ve read it rivals some high-level military training.

When shots ring out there’s two sounds that happen, the bang from the barrel and the crack from the round passing by. The people on the right most likely heard the crack of the bullet passing making them look the direction they did. You also have to remember the shot came from the side and he’s on higher ground compared to everyone else (except for the ones in the back) mostly likely causing the rounds to go above everyone else’s heads, if I’m understanding this right the people shot were the ones close to the shooter
