I did love to add the hoods to my main Sims 2 game and make Stephen and Gordon gay lovers because... Come on... Nobody is that obsessed with each other to the point of sending a portrait of themselves to the other! On top of that they're both terrible people, thus perfect for one another. 🤣
FINALLY. prudence softy on the sims pet stories! my friend was talking about how homoerotically charged the plotline was between Gordon and Stephen the other week, and i had no idea what happened in that game until now adsasdfdf. and it's so funny how obvious it is to everyone looking at it from afar... but the plot takes NO notice towards how obsessed those men are over each other lmao. may they find where their hearts truly lie! and does gordon have a copy of that painting?? did he gift the original to stephen?? anyways, you didn't say anything about the writing... so i feel like i need to say that the writing feels like some teenager's self-insert fanfiction, but make it more corporate. it could be fun for someone, but MAN they took absolutely no risks in these plotlines, geez. i never thought i would think "diana debore has nothing on jade pingree." it's not awful by any means... just safe.

The first story’s debt makes me wonder how sims taxes, bills and banks work but at the same time financial stuff is so boring I can’t be bothered to learn and investigate lol
The increasing amount of glitches and actions that shouldn't happen, or happen wrong, is really the icing on the cake for what is ultimately not that original of a story imo
Gordon's story is probably the weaker, but it's worth it for Diva and that sexy painting of Gordon. Why would he give that to Stephen? 🤣 And they built an entire themed desert neighbourhood for it! How come the hoods never looked that good in the main game?
alices story is insane....doing yoga on your front lawn with a strange man whos lingering around your house at midnight, and there has to be something about Thomas, always showing up when needed most, i honestly thought when he arrived with the cop he was gonna be like "we have been investigating her for months! imma cop!" but the fact that didnt happen makes wonder.....what the hell is up with thomas?! stephen is the best animal trainer ever, he owns a cat for three days and already taught it to listen to commands, try doing that in real life lol nevermind, a stray dog taking over his house ruins that, idk why he decides he loves the cat when it was barely part of anything that happened, then he ends up dancing with a stranger in the middle of the road, i guess it dont matter when your reality is slowly falling apart and tearing at the seams, at least he got his forehead condition fixed.
i've never played any of these sims stories games but castaway better also have an unsuspecting side character for u to ditch the main story romance for in the end like the mick fella in this game is cool chillin in the hotty T and u already kno i'm a shermanator 4 LYF!!!!
